Application for Greeter Helper by @eosxiomara

Greetings people,

I deem it a great privilege to have this opportunity to apply for the Greeters' Helper position here on Steemit and
I'm basing on the Post of @cryptokannon.

I'm well known as Briggs and have the username @eosxiomara o steemit. I was introduced to steemit this year, February by our country rep njaywan. I have been active and posted a lot on steem. Recently, I've been trying my possible best to guide newcomers on board with the mistakes they do in their achievement 1 posting and also vote on some of the good ones even though my SP isn't that(I'm hoping to get the delegation soon so I can also help in this manner, I'll power a lot from now on too).
For further clarification of my achievement 1 post, I'd like to post the link so it would be easier to visit and read.

About the language, I can proudly say I'm fluent in the English language and can only do best in reviewing English posts.
I learnt a little French in my elementary school so I don't really know much. However, I can get translator apps that can help me if I'm allowed to do that.

One reason I really want to be a greeter helper is because of what I went through during the writing of my achievement posts. My reviews were really coming from achievement 1 to 4 but ceased as I started the achievements 5 and 6. I realized Greeters were very busy and also made me know how tedious the work can be. So with this opportunity to help greeters make their work easier, it's actually a privilege for me to help so that other guys wouldn't go through what I did.

The things I will be looking for in the achievement posts
As I've been doing recently, I always entreat newbies to visit the post of cryptokannon so they would'nt make any mistakes whatsoever and also understand what they are actually doing.
I had a post in which the user said the achievement post was written for her by someone which I really think is a bad idea because typing them yourself actually makes you learn and be less erroneous on the platform.

Notwithstanding, I'd like to state what I would look for in each of the posts.

• Achievement 1:

With the first achievement, I'm going to first look at the community it has been posted in. I have seen people who posted their first achievements on their blogs but later changed it after they were corrected. I'll also check on the countries and places of residence. I also like reading about the hobbies of the newbies to recommend suitable communities for them. Then I'll check for the contents they want to create.
I'll also check on those that brought the newbies on board and in some way, congratulate them for their efforts.
Then I'll later check for the photo with the right inscriptions on it(if there's anything wrong, I'll gladly assist the user) then lastly, I'll check the tags if they're the correct ones to be used, if not, I'll assist them in correcting it.

• Achievement 2
  With this post, I'll first look at the title if it's right.
  Then I'll check if the user has made the post based on the criteria given. Some users just copy the work of others without actually knowing what they are writing about. You can clearly see sometimes that, the person ahs no knowledge of what has been written because it was rephrased but not really understood.
  So with this, I'll make sure every guideline is fully tackled before moving on. For example, explaining the uses of the keys and also how they are saved. I'll also check for the right tags.

• Achievement 3
  As it is widely know on steemit, plagiarism is something that isn't welcome here. This 3rd post is about that(content etiquette) so I'll make sure the user has tackled the guidelines given. I'll also check if the right title has been used. The user must show evidence on how to cite sources and the effects plagiarism has on a user. Users must also have the remark that declares they've really understood content etiquette with regards to steemit.
  Then I'll check for tags, if they're right.

• Achievement 4
  Markdowns make our work beautiful. With this post, I'll check how users use their knowledge about markdowns to write a post. These markdowns which are used must be effective enough(at least 4 or 5), including the center, alignment, justify, photo postions ad so on.. If they are not enough, I'll direct him or her to the original post of cryptokannon so they can learn more. Then I'll check for the right tags too.

• Achievement 5
  This achievement has 4 categories and they each talk about a different tool altogether.
  Before any of the posts is reviewed, there has to be the right title to the post. Users must showcase their thorough knowledge on the steemit tools by providing enough screenshots and tangible explanations for each post. Users must also tackle all questions or guidelines and must also use the right tags.

• Achievement 6
  With this last achievement post, I'll be checking the title first if it is right.
  Then I'll check from the post on how the user understands how voting and curation is all about on steemit and also make sure the user follows most, if not all the guidelines. The user must know who or what a steemit witness is and must also have knowledge on how a community is created. After checking all these, I'll then check for the tags if they are correct.

With this said and done, I can say I have read Attention Newcomers and "I understand the role of Greeter Helper and the workflow of Greeters team at Newcomers Community".

I hope I'll be chosen as a greeter helper and I know I won't let you down. I'm gonna try my possible best to help my fellow users or newbies and Steemit as a whole.
