Hello every one welcome and yes finally my acheivement 3 which is all about content etiqquette and how not to plagiarize or how plagiarism is a crime any way i welcome you to my post so without waisting your time let's get started.

What Is Plagiarism
Plagiarism is the act of stealing another person work, using it and then claiming it as your own even though if it is not yours

**Types of Plagiarism **

1). Self Plagiarism: This is the process of copying from own previouse work because you were not able to think of new ideas.

2). Paraphrasing plagiarism: this is simply done by rephrasing by rephrasing another writer work without citing the source, this offence is known as the most bad offense.

3). Verbatim Plagiarism:
This is the act of copying a written paragragh or statement without citing the source of who the text is original belongs to.

4). Global Plagiarism
This is the process of claiming another person work like the whole work from another creator without stating it's not yours.

5). Mosaic Plagiarism
This is the process of copying ideas from different sources without citting where it is gotten from.

Effects Of Plagiarism
1). It will get your steemit account suspended
2). It will affect your reputation
3). It leads to downvote on steemit.

How to Prevent Plagiarism

Follow these four steps to ensure your paper is free from plagiarism:
1.Keep track of the sources you consult in your research.
2.Paraphrase or quote from your sources (and add your own ideas).
3.Credit the original author in an in-text citation and reference list.
4.Use a plagiarism checker before you submit.

What is Citation
This is the process of tagging an idea or statement that is not yours but when you tag it you can now call it citation.

** Types of Citation commonly used**

I). American Psychological association (APA)
II). Chicago / Turabian style
III). Modern Language Association (MLA)

Screw driver is a tool used in loosing and tighting bolts
