Hello everyone! Hope that all of you are fine. Today this achievement is about applying mark downs. So, I going to apply certain mark downs in my work.

Potato:
Potato is enrich in sucrose which is a great energy resource. Breakdown and consumption of sucrose is done quickly which makes it fastly providing energy source.
- Sucrose has a sweet taste, it enhances the flavor of food when it is mixed with other vegetables or organic food. It is a healthy foods in boosting health.
- Sucrose releases serotonin a neuro transmitter that regulates the mood of body.
Unique fact about potatoes, they were the 1st of vegetable's to be grown in outer space
Onion:
Onions is popular vegetable used to provide great flavor's to many dishes.
They contain vitamins C which is great for skin. It is anti oxidant which kills cancerous cells in the body.
They lowers the blood pressure and reduces cholesterol levels in the body, it also improves heart tissues and provide energy to it.
Tomato:
Tomato is a delicious vegetable which is called a fruit in medical terms. It contains many nutrients especially vitamin C, potassium and vitamin K. Lycopene in tomatoes reduces risk of heart diseases in the body.
It is essential for maintaining eyesight in human body. It is good for healthy skin. Calcium in it is good for healthy bones. It is also a good source of fibre which helps body against constipation.
