I’m Akshay Vasa. Today I continue to move forward with my next achievement Task that is achievement 6 where I will talk about the Curation and Community.

Do you understand how voting and curation work in steemit?

• Of course I understand the functions of steemit's voting and curation system. the first thing we take into account that we have a voting power of 100%, when the votes are made in a publication our voting power decreases. it is advisable to reach 85% and take into account that in 24 hours the 20% is recharged, with this action we are supporting each of the publications made.

• As long as positive votes are received, the value of the publication will rise over the course of 7 days, which will be distributed 50/50, that is, 50% will be for the author of the publication and the other 50% for the curator. It can be said that the one with the highest voting power his vote value will be greater than his value.

What happened if you vote a post before 5 minutes marks after posting?

• If a post is posted before 5 minutes 100% of the healing goes to the curator, so we have to take into account before making any votes.

Below I have explained it separately one by one,

• If in the publications you vote positively 100% of the rewards are left to the group of rewards.

• If the publication is voted in the first minute 20% will be for the curator and 80% belongs to the reward group.

• If the publication is voted in 2 minutes 40% will be for the curator and 60% belongs to the reward group.

• If the publication is voted in 3 minutes 60% will be for the curator and 40% belongs to the reward group.

• If the publication is voted in 4 minutes 80% will be for the curator and 20% belongs to the reward group.

• If the publication is voted on in 5 minutes or more time, 100% of the publications will be for the curator.

Which community will you join in Steemit, and why?

I have on this Steemit platform I have joined several communities, with different languages, cultures and learned from them.

• Newcomers ́community: in this community I have learned to understand each of the tools that we must use when making a publication.

• Steemit Nursery: This is my favorite community and we can write our daily diaries and we can learn new things from senior steemians.
