Here I 'm back again to writing and join at the contest in this community, the contest about theme topic of the week which initiating by my friend @slon21veka. My warm greeting sending to you, may god bless you and your family😇

On this occasion I will share about sleep habits that I have been living for some time, especially since I started getting to know the steemit platform. In my daily life, I usually only sleep when night falls. I sleep at 10:00 pm to 05:30 am. So about 7 hours 30 minutes I spent sleeping in a day.

During the day, I never sleep, unless I'm sick or very tired. It was only then that I took a nap that usually I only slept for about 15 -20 minutes. During the day I just rest by sitting or lying down without being able to fall asleep. Sometimes I spend my afternoons cleaning up at home.

In my opinion, the number of hours or the time we spend sleeping is not the most important thing, because what is essential is quality sleep even if we only sleep briefly, or only for a few hours. But at that time we can sleep soundly and soundly like a baby. And when we wake up our body becomes fresher. That is the main key.

That's why I've never had a problem with my sleep all this time. What happened since 6 months when I started getting to know steemit and every day I am actively writing, so my sleeping hours sometimes shift, I get to sleep late than usual, because the inspiration for writing always comes at almost midnight. Especially when the idea of ​​writing in my head is popping up, then I can't ignore it. I also put it in writing. after finishing my writing then I sleep and rest. One thing I'm very grateful for is that I don't have insomnia, so I can still sleep soundly, even though it's past midnight.
