I love this contest that is Organised by @slon21veka so much that is why i decided to participate with other Steemians and i noticed that so many Steemians loved the contest si much. You know as Steemians sometimes we don't sleep on time because of activities we have on Steemit but wi this timely question how many hours do you sleep in a day? it will help us to reschedule our time so that we sleep very well to continue to create original content.So on my part I sleep in average 7 hours a day.

Well in my country Nigeria people who are living in rural areas do go to bed on time than those living in city but customary way is 10:pm for those in the city and 8:pm for those in the rural areas

Well for those who go to bed by 10:pm do wake up by 5:am and those who go to bed by 12:am do wake up by 7:am then as for kid they go to bed as early as 8:pm and wake up 7:am this is in general but individually some do go to bed by 1:am and still wake up by 5:am to meet up with their job.

The only thing that will help people to sleep ve well is one when they are working for themselves because they will have control over their time just like Steemit you have all times you can decide qhen to sleep when to wake up and do your steemit promotion.
