We all know about COVID-19 and what happened at that time! Almost every person in the whole world knows about this terrible time, this epidemic shook the whole world.

Every person has experienced the COVID-19 situation differently! However, I shared my little experience and some facts. I have arranged this post today in Bengali and English.

I was watching the news on television and the internet about the terrible situation outside the country. But when it comes to impacting Bangladesh, we are in for a bit of a disaster. Bangladesh government has suddenly decided to lock down due to which every district has been disconnected.

People have been affected in various ways by this corona epidemic situation. In particular, most of the elderly have died. Many people lost their jobs, unable to afford the family expenses, and many thousands of people left the city and went to the village.

Thousands of people are dying but no one is honestly hunting why the person died or what the problem was. In particular, older people were found to have died more. Also, many families have lost their children or loved ones.

Once upon a time, we used to laugh and joke about face masks, but due to the worsening situation due to the corona epidemic, almost every person is forced to wear face masks. Many people have grown beards and hair, but no one went to the salon for fear, everyone thought that this contagious corona disease might attack them. Some people secretly opened shops and did business.

Some of my steps or activities in Corona situation:

• Must use face mask when leaving home
• Clean your hands with soap or handwash every once in a while
• Change of clothes and freshen up immediately after returning from outside
• Gargling with lots of hot water
• Eating lemon juice
• Drinking hot water, ginger and spice mixed water
• Take medicine as needed for fever and cold

I saw several news that went viral, many people are not wearing masks and walking in the market, which may be harmful to health, but still, people have come out on the streets or outside to earn a living. On the other hand, the price of every item has increased by a huge amount. Here I have not seen any kind of supervision by the Bangladesh government to control the price.

Some questions and answers

• Almost everyone's lifestyle has changed! But I have incorporated into my lifestyle how to cut costs and live in the worst circumstances.
• During the pandemic, I participated in various classes on the Internet while sitting at home. Also, the biggest lesson is that we must always be aware and follow safety.
• One of my relatives was infected. My aunt, we treated her at home and proceeded by contacting the doctor online regularly.
• I have given all the vaccines and collected the vaccination certificate.
• I want to give tips to everyone, we must always be aware and in the future there will be more such epidemics, it is very important to have morale and courage to face it.

The biggest and most religious festivals of the Muslim community are Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Azha. I had to spend these festivals without my family. Because I was trapped in the lockdown. On the day of Eid, I called my mother's phone and with a tearful face, she said, "Father, I don't feel like celebrating Eid without you!" But I was helpless.

People have completed a few doses with vaccines and boosters to be aware and healthy but then the corona rash has not been cut until now! The news is not going viral like before. However, I have completed all doses including covid vaccines 1, and 2and and booster.

Everyone should always be aware. Lastly, stay safe and stay healthy.

আমরা সবাই COVID19 সম্পর্কে জানি এবং কি ঘটেছিলো সেই সময়ে! গোটা বিশ্বের প্রায় প্রতিটি মানুষ জানে এই ভয়াবহ সময়ের কথা, এই মহামারী গোটা বিশ্বকে নাড়িয়ে দিয়েছিল।

প্রতিটি মানুষের আলাদাভাবে অভিজ্ঞতা হয়েছে COVID 19 পরিস্থিতিতে! যাইহোক, আমি আমার ছোট ছোট অভিজ্ঞতা এবং কিছু তথ্য তুলে ধরলাম। আজকের এই পোস্ট আমি বাংলা এবং ইংরেজি দুইভাবে সাজিয়েছি।

টেলিভিশন এবং ইন্টারনেটে নিউজে দেখছিলাম দেশের বাহিরের ভয়াবহ পরিস্থিতির ব্যাপারে। তবে যখন বাংলাদেশে এর প্রভাব পড়ছে, তখন আমরা কিছুটা বিপর্যয়ে পেরেছি। হঠাৎ করে বাংলাদেশ সরকার লকডাউন দেওয়ার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়ে যার কারণে প্রতিটি জেলার সাথে সংযোগ বিচ্ছিন্ন হয়ে গিয়েছে।

করোনার এই মহামারী পরিস্থিতিতে মানুষ নানান ভাবে ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ হয়েছে। বিশেষ করে, বয়স্করা অধিকাংশ মারা গিয়েছেন। অনেকেই চাকরি হারিয়েছেন, সংসার খরচ বহন করতে না পেরে অনেকে হাজারো মানুষ শহর ত্যাগ করে গ্রামে গিয়েছিল।

হাজারো লোকজন মারা যাচ্ছে কিন্তু অকপটে কেউ শিকার করছেন না কেনো ব্যক্তিটি মারা গিয়েছেন বা কি সমস্যা ছিলো। বিশেষ করে, দেখা গিয়েছে বয়স্ক লোকজন বেশি মারা গিয়েছে। এছাড়াও, অনেক পরিবার হারিয়েছেন তাদের সন্তান কিংবা পরিবারের মূল্যবান মানুষটিকে।

একটা সময় আমরা মুখের মাস্ক নিয়ে হাসি-ঠাট্টা করতাম তবে করোনার এই মহামারিতে পরিস্থিতির ব্যাপক খারাপ হয়ে যাওয়ার কারণে প্রায় প্রতিটি মানুষ বাধ্য হয়েছে মুখের মাস্ক পরতে। অনেকের দাঁড়ি, চুল বড় হয়ে গেছে কিন্তু ভয়ে কেউ সেলুনে যেতে না, সবাই ভাবতো ছোঁয়াচে এই করোনা রোগ হয়তো তাকে আক্রমণ করতে পারে। কেউ কেউ লুকিয়ে দোকান খুলে ব্যবসা করতেন।

করোনা পরিস্থিতিতে আমার কিছু পদক্ষেপ বা এক্টিভিটিঃ

• বাসা থেকে বের হলে অবশ্যই মুখের মাস্ক ব্যবহার করা
• দূরত্ব বজায় রেখে চলাচল করা
• কিছুক্ষণ পর পর সাবান কিংবা হ্যান্ডওয়াশ দিয়ে হাত পরিষ্কার করা
• বাহিরে থেকে ফিরে সাথে সাথে কাপড়চোপড় পরিবর্তন এবং ফ্রেশ হওয়া
• বেশি বেশি গরম পানি দিয়ে গরগর করা
• লেবুর শরবত খাওয়া
• গরম পানি, আদা এবং মসলার মিশ্রিত পানি পান করা
• জ্বর এবং ঠান্ডার জন্য প্রয়োজনে ঔষধ খাওয়া

আমি ভাইরাল হওয়া বেশ কয়েকটা নিউজ দেখেছিলাম অনেকে মাস্ক পড়ছেন না বাজারে হাঁটাহাঁটি করছেন যা হয়ত স্বাস্থ্যের পক্ষে ক্ষতিকর ছিল কিন্তু তারপরও লোকজন জীবিকার তাগিদে এই লকডাউনকে না মেনে রাস্তায় কিংবা বাহিরে বের হয়েছে। অপরদিকে প্রতিটি জিনিসপত্র এর মূল্য ব্যাপক পরিমাণ বেড়েছিল এখানে আমি বাংলাদেশ সরকারের কোন প্রকার তদারকি দেখিনি মূল্য নিয়ন্ত্রণে।

• লাইফস্টাইল প্রায় সবারই পরিবর্তন হয়েছে! তবে আমি খরচ কিভাবে কমিয়ে খারাপ পরিস্থিতিতে জীবনযাপন করতে হয় সেটা আমার লাইফস্টাইলে যুক্ত করেছি।
• মহামারী চলাকালীন আমি বাসায় বসে ইন্টারনেটে নানান ধরনের ক্লাসে অংশগ্রহণ করেছি। এছাড়াও, সবচেয়ে বড় শিক্ষা হচ্ছে আমাদের সবসময় সচেতন থাকতে হবে এবং নিরাপত্তা মেনে চলতে হবে।
• আমার একজন রিলেটিভ সংক্রামিত হয়েছিল। আমার কাকি, উনাকে আমরা বাসায় ট্রিটমেন্ট করেছি এবং নিয়মিতভাবে অনলাইনে ডাক্তারের সাথে যোগাযোগ করে এগিয়েছি।
• আমি সবগুলো ভ্যাকসিন দিয়েছি এবং টিকা সনদ সংগ্রহ করেছি।
• আমি সবাইকে টিপস দিতে চাই, আমাদেরকে সবসময় সচেতন থাকতে হবে এবং ভবিষ্যতে এই ধরনের মহামারী আরো আসবে আমাদের মোকাবেলা করার জন্য মনোবল এবং সাহস থাকা অতি জরুরী।
