Today I will talk about some things that many people don't want to discuss, called Mental Health. More may seem insignificant, but it is enough to end a life.
Mental health is an integral aspect of our overall well-being, encompassing our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we suppose, feel, and act, and influences how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices in our diurnal lives. Just as physical health is crucial, so is mental health. It is important to understand that mental health is not simply the absence of mental illness but rather a state of positive mental well-being.

Maintaining good mental health is vital for our ability to cope with the challenges and stresses that life presents. It allows us to navigate relationships, work, and leisure activities effectively, and to adapt to changes and setbacks. Unfortunately, internal health issues are current in our society. It is essential to recognize that mental illnesses are legitimate health conditions and should not be stigmatized or dismissed.
