How are you all? I hope everyone is well and healthy by God's mercy. Now that it is winter, I have been suffering from cold for some time now. However, a wonderful contest has been organized in the Steam for Bangladesh community where I couldn't help but participate. So before participating, first of all thanks to @enamul17 brother for organizing such a wonderful event. So let's get started.

Compared to the past, common people have increased interest in street food. In fact, street food looks very tempting and is very tasty. People who love to travel eat most of the street food. And I am also a travel lover although not all street food is healthy but still I like street food. There are many shops selling traditional food of different types and places at every corner of the road. But I am mentioning three dishes for this contest today.

The first street food is Halim

Haleem is a traditional dish of our country. There are very few people who don't like Haleem. There are different types of Haleem available but the Haleem I am talking about is Noli Haleem. This is from a very popular restaurant called Handi in Joydevpur. Few days ago I went shopping and I had this food there. This food was very tasty. But it takes a lot of time to make this haleem. The taste of haleem varies from place to place. Bhai's price is also different. But I will tell you if you ever come to Joydevpur then you must try this food at Handi restaurant and taste it. You will never forget the taste of this food.

The second street food is beef kala bhuna

Beef kala bhuna is a traditional dish of Chittagong. But now this food is available almost everywhere in Bangladesh. Basically beef kala bhuna is my favorite. People have to go out of the house for their work. And so people are attracted to street food from home food. But this food can also be cooked and consumed at home. We are interested in street food as we don't usually cook at home. This food is cooked with a lot of care and a lot of time with different kinds of spices. This food is as tempting as it looks and tastes incomparable. I posted the picture at a street corner of a place like Moi Ranna. Available in shops. This food is very popular food for people here. Every day there is a huge crowd here just to eat this food.

The third street food is chitai pitha

Now that it's winter time. And in this winter season there are chitai pitha shops at every corner of the road. This pitha shop is open from morning and afternoon till almost midnight. These shops are usually very crowded. Chitai pitha has its merits as a delicacy. So not all street food is unhealthy. This food stall is at a junction near our house. The pita here is very fun and the taste is unmatched with the bharta. This food is easily eaten by the lower or middle class and daily wage earners. The price of chiti pitha is also different like eggs. The price of chitai pita is one and the price of chitai pitha with bharta is different. During the winter season, people's interest in pitha increases in the morning or afternoon after evening.

Conclusion

There are various types of street food available everywhere which cannot be counted. Children as well as adults show more interest in street food. But it is better to eat street food in a healthy way. This was my presentation today for this contest.
