Dear Self,
Remain optimistic and continue to believe that God will always guide your ways in whatever the desire of your heart. Rest assured everything will be all right and pursue your devotion in the ministry of God and submit all your troubles in him.

You've been struggling a lot and battling many challenges in life as a father, a husband, a son, and a human. You have been wiping your tears secretly on your lonely and cold nights and wake up each day with a motivation to keep going and wear your brightest smile while looking at your family picture. Despite those miserable moments, you continue to grow and be determined to reach your goals in life.

I know you are a self-determined person with a beautiful heart. In this broken world, you have the ability to turn those adverse circumstances on to positive outcomes. You persisted to live and learn from your flaws. You don't pay attention to those judgmental individuals because you know in yourself that you have not stepped in someone's right. Instead of hitting back, you show them that you are better in silent, a good and friendly person.

I am writing this note to you, to remind you that you are loved and cared so well by your son and wife and that they are excitedly waiting for you. Time will come your dream will come true. You will then be back home where there are no worries, a place where you will never get tired of listening to the stories of your children, where you are the king of the kitchen and a king in the eyes of your two sons.

Lastly, welcome life with open arms and be grateful for this another year that God has bestowed on you. As you celebrate another milestone, wishing you a streak of luck and good health in your existence. Never cease to dream big and make the most of the coming year.
