Hey hey hey! Amazing day to everyone here in the Steemit Philippines Community. It is such an honor to be one of the coordinators in our country to be gathering these skillful and talented countrymen for the love of this awesome blogging platform. Based on these metrics, I will be able to check if our fellow members are actively posting, commenting or replying to fellow members who are also sharing their own contents.
I have also developed strategies to encourage and motivate our members to participate in any activities given by the whole steemit platform itself and our community in the Philippines. I have a background in being an intern for being a coach in a Business Process Outsource and have developed these skills in empowering team members and establish themselves as a great asset in any organization - including this platform that we all love.
The Contest:
This is by far the most prestigious that I am going to create here in our community. I will be challenging my super-amazing fellow members to onboard their friends and family EXCLUSIVELY here in Luzon for now because we are the least in numbers. Being a competitive individual, I will always find ways to be the best in what I do.
Let us think of it this way, if we are 14 members excluding me, if ever each one of us would be able to successfully invite a friend or family member then we are already doubled to 28 members. If we invite 2 then we will now be 42 members all in all. I know it is hard to be consistent in motivating our onboarded friends and family here because we ourselves cannot make it to at-least post 3 blogs in a week. Please bear in mind that I have started my journey here in steemit the way that you are experiencing such earnings now.
But this will eventually find you a spot that will lead you to success just like what I have experienced.
This Is My Story:
From A Nobody Steemian To A Senior Ambassador To A Blockchain Marketing Executive.
Content creation is also a form of marketing because you are contributing to the traffic routed to this awesome site. This will also be a way for you to share your ideas and aspirations that are eventually embedded in the blockchain technology. It will also give you a way to check on your previous posts if ever you will be needing them later-on. In this digital world where the NFT has brought the masses to the cryptocurrency world, it is never too far crypto-blogging will soon be in trending. Though if you are not aware, Steemit has actually opened up the minds of the whole world and been the marketing platforms of a lot of other cryptocurrencies and exchange as well.
My Way To Give Back To The Community:
Sharing is caring. The best way to share is just give our blessings to people randomly. Though this should have a structure and should be given to the ones who deserve to receive it by showing perseverance, consistency and immense level of activity put in this community.
The Prize:
$100 worth of Steem to be given away to three winners. The most number of onboarded friends and family members will win the top prizes. Terms and conditions apply.
1st place = 2,500 pesos
2nd place = 1,500 pesos
3rd place = 1,000 pesos
During the distribution of prizes, it will all be converted to liquid Steem.
Terms and conditions:
Before the prize distribution, the onboarded members should be encouraged to post a blog at least 3x a week and will be able to at-least produce 30 posts in a week (including the blogs shared, the comments and the replies). If the onboarded members were not able to do so then the prize will be void and will be given to the next person with the most number of invites who will be also subjected to the same terms and conditions. So it is better to just invite the ones you know who will be able to be active here as well thru your guidance and not just invite people for the sake of winning these denominations. The members also needed to get fully verified.

It was indeed fun and quite challenging seeing a lot of great entries to the most recent Photography Contest that we had. It has been tough but also fulfilling because we get to be reminded that Filipinos have these distinct culture that stands our to the rest of the world.
