Human beings exhibit a major characteristic which is growth. From infancy, childhood, adulthood and aging is a process every human beings must undertake. For some people, it is usually exciting to be an aged because of relief of duties. While other see it as a suffering period. The question remains is this fallacy true? Well, let's find it out together.

The medical process behind aging is usually weakened bones and muscles. As a human being advance in age, some parts of the body begins to wear out causing to weakening to that part. It is usually in the ankles of the feet's, arm and the muscles of the face. Aging differs for different people. It is due to the genetic makeup of that individuals. Most people begin aging from their early 40s while other see it later in their lifetime.

Normally, I keep a neutral position in the matter of aging. Why will I be afraid of aging when he or she knows that it's part of the growth process. If you weren't afraid of childhood to adulthood, then one shouldn't be afraid of adulthood to aging. This fear may be due to the problems associated with aging like weak body system, less active service, etc. I think a neutral position should be kept in this matter.

To prevent aging, here are some nutritional items we should use:
- High Intake of Vegetables: Veggies are very useful when it comes to preventing early aging. Green fleshy vegetables are perfect option for this job.
- Moderate Consumption of Carbohydrates: The fact is that people intake carbohydrates more than any food classes. In order to prevent early aging, carbohydrates or starchy foods should be taken in moderation to prevent excessive buildup of glycogen.
- Enough Water: Sufficient Water is important as the body need it for hydration. To prevent early aging, enough water is needed.
Exercises That Can Make One Look Younger Even in Old Age |

Here are the suggested exercise one can do to stay younger:
- Weight lifting: This is an essential exercise for the aged. The purpose is to trim out saggy skin and enhance a better body structure.
- Jogging: This is also a great exercise for the older people. Having a 20-30 minutes of jogging will improve flexible and strong bones. The problems of weak ankles will be solved with this exercise.
- Swimming: Embarking on this aerobic exercise will help improve the breathing test of the aged. Also, they can have a pool party to spice up the swimming.
Conclusively, being an aged person is normal when you clock that particular age. But the important thing is to check on your diet and start performing exercise in your adulthood so that any problem in aging years will be eliminated.

Yeah, this is an interesting point. Skincare products has the capacity to makes the aged look younger in term of body texture. This reminds of my neighbor's grandmother who uses this skincare products. I was shocked to hear that she was 89 years old when her body texture depicts that of late 40s. Yes, and no.
We are all different, and we will all embrace life and grow older differently. Some might look forward to it, and others might not. One thing I am dead sure about is that deep down, all of us cannot help but wonder what aging will bring for us. The unknown is a fear factor for many.
What I can tell you is that aging is not for sissy's.

Am happy that you understand these points I laid. The thing is healthy diet and beneficial exercise can clear the fear of the unknown which aging brings with. It is scientifically proven that out body lose 5% of body muscle when one approaches aging period. That's why I important to exercise ourselves. Thanks for this valuable comment.
