"Steemit Engagement Challenge / S11W6 - "The Diary Game and your health"

It's the 29th of August;

I was fascinated by the greenish view out my window this morning. When the morning cold breeze hit me, I instantly felt relaxed and recharged. It rained after many days; I'm very thankful to God for seeing how people suffered without rain during these days.


I woke up a bit earlier than my usual time. Being grateful for waking up early, I went to the kitchen to attend to my main priority for the day. Preparing meals is one of the primary tasks that I would love to complete before my baby wakes up. Before I start my day, I make sure to drink a glass of water.

It's not the glass of water that we usually have; these days, I have made it a practice to drink water on an empty stomach, adding honey and lemon. Usually, I have it with slightly warm water, but today, to quench my thirst, I added one teaspoon of Chia seeds and a few ice cubes. I have been doing this for nearly a month, and I feel a I feel a great change in my body. I started doing it mainly to lose weight and for the overall well-being of my health.

I would recommend this drink to anyone who loves to stay healthy. It is a refreshing drink to start off the day. All the ingredients added are natural and have many health benefits including weight loss.

I always believe that as a mom, I should stay fit and healthy to take care of my family. Therefore, in my busy routine, I somehow find time for self-care, because a happy mom always creates a happy home.

It was time for my breakfast. Since I'm focused on maintaining my figure, I choose healthy drinks over solid meals. Even though I prepared food, I drank the herbal porridge that my mom had made. My day officially started when my baby woke up, and I tended to his needs. I began by feeding him his breakfast, and while he had his baby food, I made sure to give him some porridge as well. Although he was reluctant, he drank his porridge. Next was his playtime, I joined with him for various activities that he loves to do.


After putting back my baby for a small nap. I started completing all the other priorities in the day. I felt doing the laundry, cleaning the floor, and cleaning the bathrooms were a similar way to work out amidst the chaos. I was already feeling tired and wanted some rest after a refreshing bath. I took a few minutes to browse Steemit and other social media platforms, seeking some relaxation.

Once the baby woke up, we both had our lunch. For today's meal, I prepared beetroot curry, tempered dry fish, and green beans mixed with grated coconut to go along with red rice. It was a nutritious lunch option. We enjoyed our meal while watching cartoons on baby TV.

Usually, we go to the garden in the evening for a walk or to do tasks like watering the plants. However, due to the gloomy and rainy weather, the baby and I decided to take a short nap in the evening. It was around 6:30 p.m. when we both woke up. It was the time to wind up things for the day.


Completing the nighttime routine, I started my work on Steemit to end the day taking part in the SEC S11W6. Before going to bed, I take my food supplement as directed by my physician. In a recent blood report, my hemoglobin levels were found to be below the required range. Hence, I continue taking this supplement until my levels recover.

In conclusion, I have shared my day in relation to today's topic. As a mom, I strive to spend my day as healthy as possible. if you have any suggestions for improvement, feel free to share your opinions with me. Presently, I struggle with a lack of sleep and a good workout session. However, I remain hopeful that I will be able to adjust my routine as my baby continues to grow day by day.

Tuviste un gran y tranquilo día en casa, logrando hacer tus actividades y Compartiendo con tu pequeño hijo, que bueno que cuides de tu figura y sobre todo que cuides de tu salud.

Mucha veces la rutina del día a día nos aleja de lo saludable, por eso es importante que no perdamos los buenos hábitos.

*diet
*exercise as only housewives can do (•ิ‿•ิ)
*drinking water
*taking your medicine regularly

I think you can look back and say you had a healthy day. As for the sleep, it will come as babies grow up.

Hello dear friend.
It is good that you are taking care of your health, it is very important to do so and my mother says that drinking water on an empty stomach cleanses the stomach.
In rainy weather it is not good to go out because you can get sick.

Nowadays, all babies want to watch cartoon whatever they do. I am glad to know that you ate tempered dry fish and green beens. When i come back at my home from the hostel. I liked to eat green beens with boiled rice. Beetroot curry is not my favourite but sometimes i ate with colleague of office because refusing is not my hobby. Thanks for sharing.
