We are belong to Asian country where in people love to add sweet taste in thier foods and drinks. Rather they are child , young or old age , life is tasteless without adding sweet in their meals and drinks. So When we talk about deserts and drinks , Sugar plays a sweetiest role in our daily lives.

Foods and drinks are more pleasant and enjoyable because they add a sweet taste that many people love to Intake. Sugar can temporarily improve our mood and is a quick source of energy and improve our metabolism for our body.

But for living prolonged happier and healthier life , we should maintaining a balance and consuming sugar in moderation as part of a healthy diet is always first priority. A healthier living style could be to use fruit as a natural source of sugar and limit added sugars in drinks and desserts.


Do you know how much sugar you consume per day?

Sugar is not good for health. We should avoid to add it in our drink's and deserts because of a single person of every home is diagnosed a sugar patient which is very risky for thier life.

But we are human and have a sense of taste as well. Want to eat everything that we love and wish. Health is always be first priority before adding sugar in our daily meals and drinks.

Accordingly to World Health Organization wr should intake maximum 5 to 10 tablespoons of free sugar per day. The World Health Organization also prescribed to us for healthier lifestyle we should reducing the consumption of free sugars below 10 percent of energy at all phases of life to save from the risk of unhealthy weight gain and tooth damages.


Do you have a family member who has problems with diabetes?

Yes , Unfortunately, My mother has been a patient of diabetes for the last 12 years. I remember yet the day from 12 years ago. Many guests came to our home for opening fast in Ramadan Month. Suddenly the fingers of my mother's hand turned around and started to get severe pain in my mother's legs. Even today I feel the tears in my mother's eyes and I hear their screams of her due to unbearable pain.

Diabetic Medications for taking medicines & checking sugar in daily routine for balancing sugar level

Guests had come to our house and we immediately hung up in the car and took the hospital and when they took them to the hospital and checked their sugar, which is inappropriate for health around about 700+. On that day my mother had a sugar diagnosed and she became a patient of diabetes. Since then, my mother eats diabetes medicine till today. She injects insulin and goes for a walk so that she can control her sugar level.


Have you had a problem with sugar?

Right now I am 30 years old and try to add less sugar to my food and less in drinks as well living healthier life with my family. But since my grandmother also had sugar patient and my mother is also a diabetic patient, We are family history in context of diabetes, So we should remove or add too less sugar to our lives at least so that we can save ourselves from illness like diabetes.


What do you think about sugar as the worst enemy?

Yes, Accordingly to my family history and overall now a days , Everyone is become a diabetic patient no matter how much is in age . Nowadays, food and drinks are not pure. Everything is mixed with sugar. Sugar intake is very high and everyone is suffering from a diabetic patient due to high sugar addition.

However, excessive sugar consumption should be avoided at all costs. Eating too much sugar can become cause of weight gain, tooth decay and other health problems. To maintain a healthy balance in our diet, we have to need to consume sugar in very moderate level. A healthier and happier lifestyle could be possible if we use seasonal fruits as a natural source of sugar and limit added sugars in processed foods.

Tal como señala, el azúcar por su dulzura es un poderoso atractivo que nos tienta todo el tiempo a su consumo. Sin embargo, debemos estar conscientes que el exceso de este edulcorante puede causarnos graves problemas, como la diabetes y otros que también ameritan atención médica. Es muy bueno que haya decidido cuidarse de este elemento, más aún cuando su madre le diagnosticaron exceso de azúcar en la sangre... Éxitos en el concurso.

eso sí, después de haber tenido una mala experiencia de diabetes en los antecedentes familiares. ahora todos somos conscientes de usar menos cantidad de azúcar en nuestra rutina diaria de comidas y bebidas. Reading your post made me think about my diabetes, I am also a diabetic and I have diabetes since 5 years and I also use such medicines. You are right that everything has sugar in it. Whether it is bread or boiled rice, everything contains sugar.

May Allah give long life to your mother and your father and give them a healthy life because my mother and father also have diabetes, my mother has diabetes for about 24 years and my father has diabetes for about three years.

Unprocessed sugar is good for the health especially from those natural fruits you shared above. It is sad to hear about your mother's illness suffering from diabetes. Do well to keep your health in check too just as you've been doing by controlling the intake of sugary substance.
