"Wk 27: The Diary Game and Your Health |07-06-24|My healthy food on the day"

Assalamu Alaikum to all my dear friends hope you all are well and I am also well by the grace of Allah so today I am preparing to participate in a great contest so first of all I want to thank @ aaliarubab who has organized such a beautiful contest and through this contest we have our I like this contest because I can know the health awareness aspects of all my friends and mention my health tips here but without further ado let's go back to the main episode.
The first thing to do after waking up in the morning is to drink a glass of warm water mixed with two spoons of honey and one lemon juice. It is very beneficial for the body and is called a dehydration-free drink because it helps to keep the body hydrated. Also helps a lot in keeping the body healthy and active by removing a body's toxins. Then what I do is I do some handfree exercise at home because going to the gym is too much for long time us because it's time-consuming.
At home, I have Tummy Trimmer also took some exercise equipment with which I did my required exercise at home for about half an hour then this morning breakfast I finished with roti semai and dal. Bread has fiber so I try to eat mostly bread in the morning and lots of dal. There are lots of vitamins and minerals so I try to include dal in my diet daily also today I made some with milk semai is also very beneficial for me and my family.
lunch I cooked chicken polao today chicken is very good for our body and young children should keep chicken in their diet without giving too much oily beef today I cooked polao with chicken and added some cucumber and lemon to taste my food to increase further.
Then after a little walk in the afternoon, today I have popcorn for my evening snack. It is a very healthy snack. These seeds are available in various grocery stores and we can easily buy them from the market and fry them at home with oil, sugar and salt and eat them in a very healthy way.
Also apart from evening snacks I always try to have some fruit in the evening today I have litchi which is suitable for the hot summer now a lot of lychees are available in Bangladesh today I have this lychee has a lot of vitamins C mineral fibre cyber hydrate which is very beneficial for body and body So litchi has a lot of role in digesting food.
After that for dinner today I have hot rice and fried eggs. Eggs are very good for the body and eggs have a lot of nutrients. Eating eggs with little rice at night is different and that's how I completed the whole day today with healthy food. then a long eight hours Sleep will refresh my body much more.
As of today, I'm leaving here again with some new healthy tips, I'll see you until then, stay well, God bless you.

I really like your food post, you have explained your diary very well, first you used honey and then you took roti and dal with it, I also like this combination. Like more then you eat chicken pulao basic chicken poonga is more good then you have cucumber and lemon etc for yourself and you eat a lot of other things which are very healthy and very good. And which is very beneficial for your health.

One tip I can offer is to try to include more protein in your diet, especially at dinner. Since eggs are a good source of protein, you can also consider adding other sources like lentils, beans, or tofu to make sure you're getting enough protein for muscle recovery and growth. Keep up the good work and don't forget to listen your body - if you feel tired or overworked, make sure you get enough rest and adjust your routine accordingly :)
