No one can ignore the laws of nature and time. We all get old with the time and this is the decision of nature. Modern technology and medical science can help us hide the signs of aging but our internal and external organs are affected as we age. So I believe accepting the decision of nature and time is wise.
Our physical health is connected with our mental health so our age can be just a number when we accept ourselves as young. To have a long lasting youthful body we need to have jolly mind and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. We should be careful about our diets and exercise. We should be happy in life. Stress, tension, unhealthy lifestyle can make people old even when they are young.
👩 What is the medical process behind aging and from which age it actually starts?
According to research at the age of 25 we start noticing sign of aging because this is the time when production of collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid reduce that keep our skin firm, elastic, and hydrated. It also varies on genetic traits, lifestyle and many internal and external factors.
A healthy lifestyle can help us to hold the elasticity of skin and medical science find ways to intake collagen that can help us stay young even when we are more than 25. There are many injections, surgeries, and medications available to hide the signs of aging that can make many look younger.
👩 Are you afraid of becoming older and if yes then what are the challenges of aging that are making you afraid from getting older?
Honestly the answer is yes. I don't want to get old both physically and mentally because I don't want to depend on others. Old people depend on others and it can bother others as they have their own life to live and enjoy. Older people expect more care from others and when they don't get it, they feel hurt so this is a fear for me to get old and disabled.
There are some challenges of aging that scare me, such as losing physical strength, losing eyesight, having disfigured body parts and having to depend on others for small tasks. My gray hair, skin wrinkles will not bother me as much as depending on others will bothers me. So I want to live young and die young!
👩 Write any three nutritional items that can preventing aging?
Well there are many nutritional items or foods I've in my list that can help preventing aging. Amongst all I would love to mention three names and those are dark chocolates, fresh veggies like tomatoes and other green veggies, different type of nuts like cashew nuts, pea-nuts, almonds and many more.
👩 Write any three exercises that can makes you looking young even in older age?
I think yoga, meditation and different kind of aerobic moves can be three exercises that can makes me looking young even when I'll get old. Beside these three exercises I want to add something from my personal life and experience and that is prayers. Prayer is a kind of meditation and it is good for our mental health more. Some prayers are good for physical health too like Salah prayer, also known as Namaz in Islam. It's my personal belief that salah can help me to stay young for long time.
