Assalamu Alaikum everyone. Today I'm going to participate in the SEC-S16 / W6 contest in the Healthy Steem community. Our challenge this week is The Science of Aging. I think aging is a natural process of human life which follows its specific time in our life. Today I will share my opinion about this with you through this competition.

👩 What is the medical process behind aging and from which age it actually starts?

Aging is an inevitable process in our life which is essential to our living as we age. We notice various changes in our body along with aging. Before that we have to accept that aging is not a disease but a natural process.

According to me, aging starts from 25 to 35 years of age. The aging process is best done naturally. If we can maintain them before the age of old age, then we can prevent aging. We can follow some rules in this regard:

  • As we get older, we should strengthen the immune system. Doing so will provide protection against related defense challenges.

  • Emphasis on nutritional intake and naturopathic diet for healthy aging.

  • Physical activity and mobility should be increased to prevent aging.

  • We should reduce daily stress and take care of mental health.

👩 Are you afraid of becoming older and if yes then what are the challanges of aging that are making you afraid from getting older?

I am never afraid of getting old. As I mentioned before, the aging process is not something to stop. I look at it positively. I take the challenges of aging in my life naturally. We know that we will not live on this earth forever. We all have to taste old age before we die naturally.

So I am not too worried about it. Because other people live 7 years longer than people who are afraid of old age. For this we need positive thinking and healthy lifestyle that helps us to prevent aging.

👩 Write any three nutritional items that can preventing aging?

Our daily intake of nutrients is also important, along with physical and mental positivity, to prevent aging. In order to retain youth we need to eat certain foods that will help prevent aging. For our fitness and positive outlook on aging we need to emphasize on eating nutritious foods. I present the following three nutrients:

  • Omega 3 Fatty Acids :It help the body fight complaint and prevent aging. fish oil contains a large quantity of fatty acids that help our skin to help signs of ageing.**

  • Vitamin C : Everyone of us knows how helpful vitamin C is for our body. The antioxidants it contains work well for our skin cells and prevent us from aging.**

  • Protein : Protein also keeps our body healthy as well as preventing various age-related damages and cataracts. Such as egg whites.

👩 Write any three exercises that can makes you looking young even in older age?

We all know that exercise is very beneficial for our body. If we can do this exercise regularly then we will be able to present ourselves as young even in old age. Daily exercise is a must to keep young women energetic especially in old age. Here are three exercises I present below:

  • Regular walking : Regular walking is a good exercise to retain youth even in old age. By doing this, it helps a lot to keep oneself young along with physical fitness.

  • Swimming : Swimming works very well to keep the body fit in old age. It also burns calories and helps keep the cardiovascular healthy. It keeps the body healthy and keeps the youth of the age.

  • Yoga : Yoga should be done to strengthen the mind. Yoga plays a very important role in combating various stressors in old age. By doing yoga regularly, one can present oneself as young even in old age.

No one would ever think that aging is a disease, aging is natural. Your thoughts about aging starting from 25-35 is a nice thought.

This is the age that one should start preparing for old age by strengthening the immune system through eating healthy diet and exercising.

It is true that daily intake of nutrients along with physical and mental positivity prevent aging. Omega 3 fatty acid smoothens our skin thereby preventing aging.

Because other people live 7 years longer than people who are afraid of old age. For this we need positive thinking and healthy lifestyle that helps us to prevent aging.

This point is what I have been trying to make so many steemians understand as I read through their beautiful posts and show some support. A free mind is a healthier one, don't you think?
Vitamins and proteins helps protect the skin, and even adds glow to the aging skin. These are good nutritional items you chose. Walks and cardio exercises are very good for both the young and the old. Swimming truly helps to keep the aging body fit as you rightly mentioned.
