Hello @shuftitamanna, hope your day is good well. I share the same view on aging as you do, why worry about something that is inevitable??

Because other people live 7 years longer than people who are afraid of old age. For this we need positive thinking and healthy lifestyle that helps us to prevent aging.

This point is what I have been trying to make so many steemians understand as I read through their beautiful posts and show some support. A free mind is a healthier one, don't you think?
Vitamins and proteins helps protect the skin, and even adds glow to the aging skin. These are good nutritional items you chose. Walks and cardio exercises are very good for both the young and the old. Swimming truly helps to keep the aging body fit as you rightly mentioned.
