Asslamo-alikum to all of my friends of Steem For Pakistan Community.Is everything is ok? my friends.I am fine Allhamdulillah, and hope all the friends are fine.Today's I'm here again for posting in this community and I'm going to participate in the contest, which has been organized by @suboohi and theme of contest is about a deficiency in body that is called anemia.

What do you understand by word anemia

Anemia is the name of a deficiency in which there is such a lack of red blood cells in the body that the transportation of oxygen in the body cannot be done properly.

Red blood cells play a very important role in our body, their main function is to provide oxygen to the body tissue of our body. Deficiencies of vitamins cause anemia. There are many symptoms of anemia.

Like In the case of anemia, body becomes very weak because there are not enough red blood cells that provide oxygen to body cells.

Body feels tired all the time due to weekness. Skin color change and become pale. Headache, fast heartbeat, and shortness of breath is cause due to anemia. Due to anemia, your hands and feet are also cold. Anemia also cause brittle of nails.

Causes

There are many things that causes anemia. The deficiencies of eating things mostly cause anemia and other disease mostly.

  • The main cause of anemia is lack of blood.
  • Anemia is also caused due to cancer. Kidney problem also lead to anemia.
  • Deficiencies of vitamins, specially deficiency of vitaminB12.
  • Due to pregnancy, women get anemia because in this case, the body needs more blood.
  • If the need of body for blood is not fulfill then body get anemia. Anemia also results from iron deficiency.
Prevention

We have many ways to prevent our body from such deficiencies.

  • To prevent anemia, one should have a healthy diet that contains vitamins, especially vitamin A and vitamin B12.
  • Good and clean diet should be used in diet, especially fruits and vegetables should be used.
  • Green vegetables like spinach should be eaten. Meet should be used in diet.
  • Eat dry fruits like almonds, dates and apricot etc. Iron rich food must be use in diet for the prevention of anemia.
  • Health is most important for us, if we are healthy then we will be able to do all our work properly, so we should eat good food, eat clean food and take care of our health.
