SEC S16W6||The science of aging
Aging is basically last stage of development of human body that comes after puberty and maturity and aging is a biological process which cause a lot of changes in biochemistry of human body and physiology and overall body functioning of body and all these things declines with the passage of time.
Aging actually starts from 40 years but it's signs starts to appear after 35 years. Aging starts from 40 years there is nothing wrong in it but when I talk about its appearance then sometimes in some people it starts to appear even after 30 years of their age and in some people it starts to appear after 50 years of their age because it all depends upon their quality of life.
Becoming older is experiencing a last stage of life that's why it is always good if you have an opportunity to experience this stage of life but it also comes with a lot of challenges that's why I am also fearful to some extent about becoming older.
With the passage of time when I would get older than my body functioning would starts to decline so it would effect my cognitive ability my respiratory health my heart health my brain health and my digestive health so over all each and every body organ would remain compromise and not only this there would also be negative musculo-skeletal changes including wear and tear process in my body so these things are challenging to solve.
Yes there are three nutritional items that you can take for preventing aging signs to appear earlier in you .
• Avocado 🥑 is one of the most beneficial fruit that is much nutritious and you can take it for delaying your aging process.
• Flax seeds are also easy to digest and without Side effects it is another most beneficial element and ingredients you can take in your diet for delaying your aging.
• Tomato is again one of the most beneficial vegetable that you can take as a salad in your diet for preventing early aging signs in you.
• You can also use pure dark chocolate ,beans and fruits and vegetables containing glutathione like spinach and lemon helps you to delay aging process.
• First of all for making yourself looking younger I think morning walk meditation and yoga are best exercises types that you should always implement in your life once at least in a day.
• Cardio pulmonary exercises are also very helpful for those people who are getting older for maintaining their cardio and pulmonary health and in this way their overall body functions would remain smooth and they would feel active and young.
• In older age this is great to include exercises like squatting,Core strengthening,hams and glutes strengthening, calf strengthening and upper extremity strengthening so that muscle tone and endurance remain maintained.
