Today I am going to writing about the topic "The science of aging". In this contest we will come to know about science. 👩 What is the medical process behind aging and from which age it actually starts?

The medical process behind aging has many factors including genetics, environment and our lifestyle.
The theory of aging,which show that aging is caused in part by reactive oxygen species. Free radicals, is famous theory about it. Free radicals are very reactive substances. It can harm DNA and cells, that are causing aging and cellular malfunction. This idea tell us how important antioxidants are for cleaning free radicals and lessening their harmful effects.

Another is the "mitochondrial theory of aging," centers on the function of mitochondria, which are the cells' energy producing organelles. The low process of aging starts at the cellular level and advances with time. Hereditary factors play a role in aging, other lifestyle variables that can affect aging include food, exercise and exposure to environmental stressors. Aging usually starts in early adulthood, its effects become increasingly apparent as people become older, especially into middle life. Healthy aging may be facilitated by stress management, a balanced diet, regular exercise, enough sleep, and abstaining from bad habits like smoking and binge drinking.

👩 Are you afraid of becoming older and if yes then what are the challanges of aging that are making you afraid from getting older?

I am 32 years old and Yes, I am afraid of becoming older. I would like to mentioned these three challenges if aging that making me afraid getting older.

Physical Decline: In this I will face reductions in strength, mobility and I will get to disease and injury. My independence and quality of life will be impacted by aging.

Social Isolation: In aging I will face social isolation problem. The death of friends, relatives, physical constraints, and other life events can create difficulties for me to stay in social circles. It can result of depression and loneliness.
Financial Problem: In old age I have to face healthcare expenses and my income will run out by expenses. It is possible it take me to stress and worry. That is why I am afraiding to get older.

👩 Write any three nutritional items that can preventing aging?

These three items can delaying in aging process.

  1. Use of antioxidant rich Food:
    If we use antioxidant rich food, we can delaying in our aging process. We should use antioxidant likefruits, vegetables , almonds and walnuts for slowing the process of aging.

  2. Omega fatty acids:
    Omega acids can play role lessen inflammation. These acids can help us to lessen inflammation in our body. I am very sure our body will be able to slow down the aging process by using foods high in omega fatty acids in our diet.
  3. Collagen:
    Our skin, hair, nails and all joints have structure due to the protein collagen. Our body produces low collagen naturally as we get older. Its result is wrinkles, joint pain and discomfort. By taking collagen making foods like carrot, orange, vitamin C, meat we can make.
👩 Write any three exercises that can makes you looking young even in older age?

In my knowledge these exercises can make us looking youn and dashing even in older age:
(a). Strength Training:
Strength training help us to looking young in older age. Strength training activities can increase and maintain muscle mass for example lifting weights, utilizing resistance bands and doing bodyweight exercises like push ups.
(b). Yoga:
Yoga is the best exercise for flexibility, strength and relaxation. Yoga helps us in physical postures, breathing process. If we want to live life ke young in older age, our body require good posture, balance, and coordination, which is possible by yoga.

(c). Regular walk: Regular walk is really important factor in our life to living like young man in older age. Daily walk protect us many diseases like Suger, cholesterol and high blood pressure. These diseases lead us to older in young age. By doing daily walk we can live healthy and young life in older age.

Warm greetings to you @safdarali, hope you are doing good. While reading your entry, I realized that you are scared of aging. Being concerned about the challenges that aging comes with, is different from being scared of actually aging. I am not scared of aging, however I am concerned about the limitations it brings along.
Your worries are financial and socialization. I do not know about Pakistan so well, but in my country, we regard and care for our elderly well enough. It is terrifying to wonder if anyone will be there, but it becomes assuring if you know people will be there when you are helplessly aging. Walks, strength exercises and yoga are good combinations for keeping fit while aging.

Aging is a natural and inescapable phenomenon that happens to people who are advanced in age. This natural process happens in different people with different rate. The fear of the unknown can make fer the aging period not knowing that it's one of the exciting period. Foods rich in antioxidants is a perfect choice for people who wish to slow down the rate of aging. Good luck on your post.
