Hello steemians how are you? And welcome to my blog which today I will be taking part in a contest organize by @khursheedanwar here in the healthy steem community.
Today in my entry I will be sharing with you all the two different types of obesity, the type that is the most fetal and my family history about obesity.

Here I will be discussing on the two main types of obesity that we have and they are;
- Type-1 obesity
- Type-2 obesity
Type-1 Obesity
A type one obesity is a type of obesity that isn't caused by any disease rather it is caused by the too much intake of calories and lack of engaging in physical activities
Type-2 Obesity
While type-2 obesity is a type of obesity that is caused by a disease mostly Cushing syndrome, hypothyroidism & polycystic ovarian disease.

The type of obesity amongst the two that I have just mentioned above that could be fetal and health threatening is the type-2 class of obesity that is mostly caused by disease and syndromes in the body.
While the type-1 class of obesity can also be very fetal if ignored or taken litely at the same time it can be controlled by diet as well as some certain physical activities like exercise and gymnastics.

Throughout my family history both in my father's side and my mother's side we do not have any case of obesity as from my dad's side both my dad and his siblings the one's I know and the ones that are late all of them are slim and with normal body size.
And the same is applicable with my mom's side as right from my mom's dad, her mom and even her siblings all of them have normal body size as none of them is fat and I on the other hand I have a normal body size and the same is applicable with my siblings as well
Generally I don't normally like fat body size because at some point it always look like a burden to the body, so I prefer slim body size because it always look nice and smart.
This will be were I'm going to call it a day and I will like to invite some of my friends @prime33, @edidiongeffiong & @felix12 to also participate in this amazing contest
