Hello steemians how are you today hope all is fine? Today I will be partaking in a contest organised by @suboohi which is title bone health


Our bones being the frame structure in our body is one of the most important features in a humans body that gives support and frame work to the body.


what do you understand by means of bone health

Now, bone health according to my own personal understanding bone health is simply the process of ensuring that our bones are in good health which comes as a result of our diet.


Because when talking of bone health we aren't going to put a rod into our bones to ensure that it's healthy or strong rather our diet which is some of the content of what we eat on a day to day basis solely determines that.

what are the key factors and tips in mentaince of bone health

Some of the main key factors used in maintaining a good bone health are;


  • Increasing the habit of eating vegetables
  • Engaging in strength training and weight lifting 🏋️‍♀️ exercises
  • Eating food that is very rich in calcium
  • And getting plenty of vitamins mostly D & K

All this and many more are very much necessary when it comes to maintaining a good bone health, but it's up to us to cherish them.

tell us about the food which help to keeps bone health.

Below are some list of foods that is very rich in calcium and thus keeps the bone healthy, and they are;


  • Nuts
  • Milk, cheese and some other dairy products
  • Soya beans
  • Plant base drinks

All this and many more which includes figs which is known to be very rich in calcium as it has 90 milligrams of calcium in them.
