INTRODUCTION
Hello my fellow steemians, good morning and a happy new month, today is a new day and a new contest. Caring for our elders is they best thing to do. I will say this contest is one of the best contest ever.
How can we promote better health for the elderly in our communities?
Right now, I have some tip in which we can promote better health for our elders in our community.
As an elder they need a healthy food to keep them strong.
They should focus on prevention.
They should seek a doctor always.
Try to get some rest.
Most importantly elders should socialize themselves.
Lastly all elderly ones should try to be physically fit.
So that is the most important tips elders should take notes.
What are some ways we can promote good mental health and well-being in older adults?
This is very important for an elderly person, right here I will show you all some tips I know to promote a well being in an older adult..
be active physically .
Get closer to more friends, it can be family or older adult.
Try to eat well.( Healthy food).
mind they drink you take into your system.
Keep friend you trust.
Try to be in touch with people.
Lastly be yourself...
Share some strategies we could use for managing chronic pain in the elderly?
Here are some strategies we can use in managing chronic pain in elderly ones
Take some pain medicine.
Therapies (i.e physical therapy which includes; exercise, massage, cold or heat pack)
Go for psychological therapies too( which are relaxation techniques, meditation and cognitive behavioral therapy.)
Body and mind technique.
What can we do to improve access to healthcare for older adults?
Adequately prepared workforce.
Try to strengthen they role of public health.
Bring new approach to Care delivery.
Long term support and service.
maintain a good care.
Try to care for our caregivers.
lastly try to coordinate your care..
What can be done to address social isolation among older individuals?
Here are what I suggest can be done to address social isolation among older individual
Skills training (i.e social).
Support by they community group.
Be befriending.
lastly be cognitive/ behavioral therapy.

I hope you are well. I saw this gondal and I liked it very much. So I went down to the comments. You must have said everything perfectly and I am happy that you think and care about your elders in this way and continue to take care of them in the same way, because these elderly people only depend on us. We are dependent on our grandparents, we should take care of them and help them, and we should take care of people who are elderly, we should help everyone.
