  • Biological Aging
    This includes factors such as body organs, tissue cells, body immunity, cognitive ability, lifestyle, health condition etc.

  • Psychological Aging
    This will relate to issues such as ability to relate to memories and experiences with aging, coping skills, mental state and emotional control.

  • Social Aging
    The social role of people's with aging. This includes issues such as social interactions, retirement, family dynamics, and community involvement.

What is the medical process behind aging and from which age it actually starts?

Looking at the medical process of aging, a person usually starts aging between the ages of 20 and 30, and society considers people over 60 to be elderly.   • Strength Training
