"MR NIGER D", this was one of our favorite mnemonics in school then which has a great meaning relating to life and living beings. The M there stands for movement, that all living thing moves, and surprisingly plants are included, Respiration ( R) all living thing respires, Nutrition(N) all living thing feeds, Irritability(I), Growth(G), Excretion (E), Reproduction(R) and Death(D).

What we are interested in based on the challenge will be the growth, every living thing grows from stages to stages, plants grows from seeds to a young plant then mature to a full plant or tree, humans and animals too grow from eggs to mammals then full grown adults. Growth is very important and compulsory in the life of every living thing. Now let's head over to the science behind aging.

What is the medical process behind aging and from which age it actually starts?

When dealing with anything about aging we can't push out the term "GERONTOLOGY".

  • GERONTOLOGY is widely defined as the science of aging, it deals with all the processes concerned with aging.

  • Senescence : This is used in describing the aging term.

  • Aging: Nothing remains forever, our age and performances reduce with increase in age, aging means growing older.

I rather see aging as a natural process which is fixed with life, you can never stay young and fresh forever. Let's take plantain for an example, at first stage it grows from its tree, then yield it's fruit (a bunch of plantain). This grows with time, it becomes ripe and ripe for a certain period looking fresh and healthy then spoils and rot. That's the phenomenon of aging and everyone should be ready to face it.

During childhood, we were always ready and happy to reach adulthood, we wanted to welcome aging so fast, but as you grow older and know the end product of aging, you want to get back to the childhood, so funny that there's no reverse in growth. Many people spend a lot of money on surgeries to look younger, but it all fails at last.

The age at which aging starts varies greatly, some form of aging is experienced between age 20,25 and other they experience it age age 30 up.

Are you afraid of becoming older and if yes then what are the challenges of aging that are making you afraid from getting older?

Aging is a natural phenomenon so we should be ready to face it, we were so happy to attend adulthood then but as time goes you'll see the other part of aging and its effect. I am definitely afraid to get into aging due to the challenges involved in it, I see many age people having challenges in walking and even running, comparing to this childhood and the adult stage, we can jog couple of miles and run faster than people that are reached the aging stage

Some of the People aging do have cognitive issues, they tend to forget things easily. The next is reduction in body performances, the kidney won't work as it used to and other organs like the liver. The rate at which these organs an systems in the body performs can't be compared to how the system of a young person works.

Write any three exercises that can makes you looking young even in older age?

When a person grows older, the body becomes stiff and doesn't function properly, trying out exercises can help improve the functionality of the body.

  • Stretches: stretching can help break some locks in the joints area
  • walk: a small walk or stroll goes a long way
  • A mild jogging: not stressing oneself and doing it right will help, you'll see the improvement as you go on. If you did two laps at first, at the end of the week you might do upto 5.

You have illustrated the events from our childhood to death in a very simple way. In fact, all living things in the world are born from an egg or a chick, mature with time, end their youth and enter old age. After old age, our lives start towards death. You have concluded it very aptly with banana. Old age or death is an unavoidable factor of any living being. Also, you have presented the conclusions about aging in medical science very simply here. Penuaan memang tak dapat kita hindarkan dan kita tidak perlu takut karena semua orang akan merasakannya. Yang harus kita lakukan untuk mencegah penuaan dini adalah makan makanan yang sehat dan bernutrisi, melakukan olahraga seperti peregangan, joging dan juga olahraga ringan lainnya, menjauhkan diri dari gaya hidup yang tidak sehat.

I do believe that the biggest problem with us growing older is the unknown. We don't know how our minds and bodies will react to age in later years. That is the scary part about aging. We can only keep our fingers crossed that everything will just turn out fine. Oh yes, and pray each day.
