What is the medical process behind aging and from which age it actually starts?

Aging is a process that can be caused by many factors such as your environment, lifestyle, and nutrition. But if you look at it from a medical point of view, it involves different elements like genetics , tissue , metabolism etc. Behind aging following te the common factors:

Senescent:

Senescent is a process of aging. In this process cells become senescent and stop dividing but do not die. This refers to when the cells begin to age and cannot perform their functions properly and due to which the human body appears to be weak and aging.

According to my opinion aging mainly depends on your daily diet and health environment. But according to biology or research, a person starts aging after the age of 40 to 45 years, but if he improves his diet and environment, the effects can be avoided. But if these points are taken into consideration then a man will get old after 60.

Are you afraid of becoming older and if yes then what are the challanges of aging that are making you afraid from getting older?

Well, aging has many benefits like experience , wisdom , relationdhip, etc. By the way, it is also a fact that one day everyone has to be old. No man can say that he will always be young, but when a man gets old, there are many moments of life that he cannot enjoy .

I believe that when the person gets old over time, he does not fit as much physically as he lives in his youth, he also suffers from many diseases and much more than his youth.

It also becomes weak, which can greatly affect its activities. Over time, when a person gets old, he begins to depend on the other, he has to go out or have to rely on another person to go somewhere. When a person gets old, he feels tired while doing daily work .

With the passage of time, as we ages, we has to face a variety of diseases, ranging from infectious diseases to diseases associated with old age. Older people are not as comfortable to sit and talk with their younger generation because the thinking process of both are change.

With age, it slows down a person's daily activities and he becomes sluggish, he feels pain in his back, neck and shoulders etc. while doing some physical work, due to which these His heartbeat quickens. When women get old, they get wrinkles on their face which many women don't like and they feel uncomfortable as they feel old.

Write any three nutritional items that can preventing aging?

To reduce aging concerns, it is important to eat a certain amount and consume it while taking care of the up calories and the fats and proteins it contains. These are some of the essential things that will prevent you from aging :

Vitamins :

As we know that every human has to grow old one day but we can avoid disadvantages of aging we have to face. As we gets old, our bones become weak we can't do our work properly, but to maintain the strength of our bones.It is necessary for us to consume some vitamins. Especially vitamin D and vitamin C are considered very important for strengthening our bones, so their use is indispensable.

Fruits and vegetables :

As we eat vegetables which are nutrient dense and low in calories, they also contain antioxidants that reduce the risk of heart disease.

Along with this, eating various fruits like pomegranate, avocado and tomato etc. also reduce the concerns of aging. Because they are high in fiber, potassium, and the fats in them protect against UVs.

ANTIOXIDANTS :

Antioxidants helps prevent cell damage to the skin and prevent skin aging. These are mostly found in a variety of foods and skin products that can be beneficial for you.

Write any three exercises that can makes you looking young even in older age?

Yoga :

Due to doing yoga, a person is mentally relaxed, Kalam feels. When a person is mentally healthy and fresh, it will also be expressed on his face and body language. Therefore, with the help of yoga, any person can look younger than his age, because yoga makes a person feel fresh. With the help of Yoga the circulation of blood in the body is also improved and mental anxiety and stress are also eliminated, which makes a person look younger by face and body.

Facial exercises :

It has been proven through researches and experiments that with the help of facial exercise your facial skin can look more youthful because due to facial exercise your tissues become tight and you become beautiful and attractive. Due to which you look young despite your age. If these exercises are done consistently and consistently, they can be of great benefit.

Stretching :

So, with the help of stretching exercises , we can definitely increase the flexibility of the body and the muscles also become strong when body flexibility increases it makes you look more youthful and enhances your body features.
