👩‍⚕️ What daily habits enhance mental resilience?
  • Assalamu Alaikum I hope everYone is well. I'm going to share some points with you hat you can follow to enhance mental resilieNce.
  1. Physical Exercise: Physical exercise is one thing that, if done on a regular basis, reduces our sTress, improVes our moodand enhAnces our overall resILience by reducing stress.
  1. Proper Sleep Habits: Sleeping qith time according to a routine help to keep us mentally refreshedand stabilizes our emotions and overall it enhances resilience.
  1. Balance Diet: A balAnced diet is something that is also known as a healthy dIet through which we can obtain every nutrient and when our body will receIve every nutrient or viTamins we will reMain mentally and physically fit thus enhancing our resiience as well.
  1. Good Connection with Others: Maintain Good Connection and good relationships with friends neighbors and family is a habit that help to keep us emotionally fit thus serving as a reason for increasing resilience.
According to my knowledge these are the all things that I have shared with you. If you will follwo this habits then you can enhance your mental resilience inshAllah.
👩‍⚕️ How does diet influence mental health?

Diet fundamenally affects meNntal health in many ways. Essential nutrients like Omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins and minerals help regulate brain function and mood which is very important. Essentially, nutriEnts are precuRsors to neurotransmitters, which are essential for mental state. Gut microflora, dependent on nutrition, communicates with the brain, influencing mood and cognition. Pro-inflammatory dietslarge amOunts of food products, increase inflaMmation as well as worsen mental health problems. However, anti-inflammatory diEts, which resemble the foods of the Mediterranean diet, reduce the risk of inflammation. Blood sugar fluctuations that come from sugary foods can also affect one's mood and current emotional well-being. In short, dietary diversity helps wIth a stronger gut, proper balance of neurotransmitters, and reduCed inflammation. As a result, mental health will inCrease.

👩‍⚕️ What activities promote emotional balance?

Some methods that people can use to achieve emotional balance include meditation, journaling, regular exercising, spending time outdoors, or doing their art. Developing wholesome relationships, finding right help in counseling or therapy at the right time and practicing practical self-care are the keys to emotional stability. Overcoming challenges, accepting stress, and living in a healthy manner are also very okay issues in the progress of emotional stability .

Awnnnn, i just woke up now since 11am i slept, why? Because sleeping is very important as you said so as to enhance mental resilience. We hardly have time to sleep because of our busy schedules, your post has highlighted some key functions of good sleep. Goodluck 🥰

From your article I have realized that eating balance diets, exercising, enough sleep and associate with people is one of ways of enhancing our mental resilience. All this thing sometimes may be difficult to people who are busy with work and other activities, but as we all know, Heath is wealth, and our mental health should be considered as a top priority.
