From your article I have realized that eating balance diets, exercising, enough sleep and associate with people is one of ways of enhancing our mental resilience. All this thing sometimes may be difficult to people who are busy with work and other activities, but as we all know, Heath is wealth, and our mental health should be considered as a top priority.
