The first place I visit after waking up is the bathroom. I think this is the most appropriate place for us to carry out various personal hygiene routines. We definitely feel uncomfortable if we do other activities before doing personal hygiene.
Toothpaste and toothbrush, bath soap and facial cleanser are some of the must-have products for me. I can't do activities in the bathroom if I don't have this product. The importance of using these hygiene products is to make it easier for us to carry out personal care and hygiene.
All of these products have different functions and of course this makes it easier for us to carry out this activity. Toothpaste, for example, functions as a tool to maintain the freshness of mouth and breath.
Different functions from soap and facial cleansers, this has the function of keeping skin cells healthy and not stiff. Excess oil production on the face can be reduced by using this product, especially if we do it after waking up and when showering.
I always maintain my personal hygiene, even in busy conditions. This is important and necessary for me to do every day. I always shower every day, at least twice a day. Sometimes I even shower up to five times a day, especially with the recent extreme weather situation.
How can I get all the cleaning and care products?, the answer is to buy them in the markets and shops these products are sold. I usually buy toothpaste and a toothbrush once every two weeks at a cost of IDR 30,000 or 6 Steem. Not to mention adding bath soap and cleaning worth IDR 25,000 or around 5 steem.
However, each product has varying selling values. It depends on the brand and type of cleaning product we use. But what is certain is that I always provide the right and economical budget to buy these products.
You don't have to have a lot of money to maintain cleanliness and appearance. We can buy these care products on the market at relatively cheap prices and according to our finances. The most important thing is our willingness to take care of ourselves and maintain cleanliness.
We can get many health care products in several cosmetic shops that offer good quality but at affordable prices. So it is not true if there is an opinion that says that appearance must be supported by a lot of money.
