Greetings! I hope everyone is doing well and enjoying their life with family and friends by the Grace of Allah Almighty. Today I am here to participate in SEC-S16W6 contest held in HEALTHY STEEM. The topic of the contest is "The Science of Aging👩". So lets start!

👩 What is the medical process behind aging and from which age it actually starts?

The process of aging in our body starts exactly at that moment we are born. As we grow our cells go through changes and our bodies gradually become less efficient in repairing those cells. This damage leads to wear and tear over time that show visible signs of aging including wrinkles, gray hair, and weaker muscles. My age is 27 and I have started getting gray hairs that means I am in the process of aging.

Moreover, inside our bodies, our organs also start to function less effectively as we age which leads to health problems such as arthritis, heart diseases, weaker muscles, lower back pain, and memory loss. I also have a view about aging that it sometimes depends on genes, environment and our lifestyle choice. The reason is people who are born and raised in weak gene and poor environment get aged quickly than people born in strong gene and good environment.

👩 Are you afraid of becoming older and if yes then what are the challanges of aging that are making you afraid from getting older?

Yes, I am afraid of getting older because it will make me weak and I wont be able to do anything properly but heavy rely on family members. We can see our grandparents who are getting weak day by day and most of them are relying on their family members. So for this issue, I am afraid of getting older.

As we humans get older and it brings some challenges depending on the person who is aging. Some people may feel anxious about losing their physical abilities like I or depends on others. Other health problems like chronic diseases and memory loss can also be concerning. Furthermore, some are also afraid because of loneliness and financial difficulties in old age. These challenges can make some people worried and afraid from getting older including me.

👩 Write any three nutritional items that can preventing aging?

Yes there are some nutritional items that can help slow down the aging process and keep us healthy as we grow older. But it must be kept in mind that preventing aging is not possible no matter what you do plasticsurgery or any other thing. The reason is our creator Allah Almighty has created us in such a way that we will move in one direction and that is towards future and going forward makes us older.

Now the first and important nutrient is antioxidants which is found is fruits like berries, nuts and leafy greens. Antioxidants help fight off damage caused by harmful molecules called free radicals which cause aging. Another key nutrient is omega-3 fatty acids which are found in foods like fatty fish (salmon), flaxseeds and walnutes. Omega-3 fatty acids support heart health, brain functions, and reduce inflammation in the body that prevent aging. Third is foods rich in vitamins and minerals such as fruits (apple, banana, orange, pomegranate), vegetables (broccoli, carrot, ginger, artichokes, ​spinach), whole grains, and lean proteins. These food provide essential nutrients for overall well-being to reduce aging.

👩 Write any three exercises that can makes you looking young even in older age?

The best thing we can do to slow down aging is through exercise. Staying active with regular exercise can help keep us look young and healthier as we get older. One beneficial exercise is strength training that involves lifting weights and using resistance bands to build muscles. Strength training helps maintain muscles mass which slow down aging and improve our posture and balance.

Another useful exercise for staying youthful is cardiovascular or aerobic exercise such as walking, jogging, swimming, running, and cycling. These exercises get your heart pumping and improve circulation which boosts energy levels and promote heart health. Third exercise that we can do to look younger is yoga or tai chi. It can help improve flexibility, balance and relaxation which contributes to more youthful look and overall well-being. By doing all these exercises we can make ourselves younger and healthier.

You are currently of 27 years old and there are grey hairs starting to appear in your head but sometimes grey hairs could be due to some nutritional deficiencies and could be due to genetics so every time grey hairs is not an indication of aging. I can understand your feelings that you don't want to become weak and you want to remains as stronger as you are now that's why you are afraid from aging that's why you should really adopt these nutritional and physical changing in your life so that you may delay your aging process.
