The human body may at times suffer from some aches, and these aches are commonly known as pain. We may be feeling pain in any part of our bodies but in this post, we are focusing on back pain, its causes, symptoms, treatment, and prevention.

BACK PAIN


Back pain is commonly known as the pain we feel in our back. We can also say that it is a discomfort that we have around our back or spinal cord.
We have the upper back, the middle back, and the lower back.


CAUSES OF BACK PAIN


  1. The human back is made up of a cartilage-like pad which is known as a disk, so one of the commonest causes of back pain is when this disc is damaged.

  2. When the back muscles are strained it can lead to back pain.

  3. Wrong sitting posture

  4. Diseases such as scoliosis and osteoporosis

  5. Injury and tasking activities

  6. Lifting of heavy objects

  7. Sleeping on a mattress that is not flat


SYMPTOMS OF BACK PAIN


  1. Fever

  2. Urinating problem

  3. Difficulty holding a bowel movement

  4. Feeling numbs around the buttocks and anus

  5. Back acne

  6. Swelling on the back


TREATMENT OF BACK PAIN


Back pain can be treated using a cool water press or a hot massage.
It can also be treated using medications.

HOW TO PREVENT BACK PAIN


  1. Doing exercises

  2. Sleeping better

  3. Not carrying heavy objects

  4. Avoiding bad sitting and sleeping posture

  5. Using painkiller medication

  6. Using Ice and heat massage

This and many more things.

CONCLUSION


Back pain is commonly known as discomfort aches we feel in the disc, strained muscles, wrong sitting posture, diseases, etc. Fever, Urinating problems, Difficulty holding a bowel movement, Feeling numbs around the buttocks and anus, etc are common symptoms of back pain. I would recommend we prevent back pain instead by; Doing exercises, Sleeping better, Not carrying heavy objects, Avoiding bad sitting and sleeping posture. Remember prevention is better than cure!

Es una valiosa informacion que nos presentas respecto al dolor de espalda y sobre todo las precausiones que se deben tener en cuenta para evitarlo.

Frecuentemente experimento esas molestia y dolor en le region baja de la espalda a cusa de tres hernias lumbosacras presentes..

Wonderful writing. I have learnt something new from this post.

Often time I usually feel pains on my back but I use to wonder what could cause it but your writing has now enlighten me on the causes of back pain.

From now on I will try to avoid carrying heavy objects and do more exercise than before.
