This week I serve a variety of dishes for my family, starting from main dishes, appetizers and several snacks. However, on this occasion I will make a typical Acehnese appetizer, called "kolak campur". This compote is made from several main ingredients such as cassava, young coconut, banana, coconut milk and jackfruit.
A very simple dish with a choice of ingredients that are easy to get and are also healthy. I chose this dish because it is my favorite dish and that of my late maternal grandmother, she really liked it and every month of fasting I would cook this for my grandmother, but this time I would eat it alone 😢. Remembering that we will soon enter the month of Ramadan, I am very enthusiastic and very happy about this glorious month and I want to welcome this month by cooking this simple dish.

OK, first prepare the ingredients you want to use, such as:
- Cassava
- Young coconut
- Banana
- Jackfruit
- Coconut cream
- Sugar

- Add the coconut milk and cassava first, stir occasionally.
- after a few minutes add a few spoons of granulated sugar to make it sweet and add a little salt.
- add other ingredients to the pan such as young coconut, jackfruit and banana, stir briefly and don't cook these ingredients for too long because they soften easily.
- correct the taste of the dish and the dish is ready to be served.

The cost of the dish I made doesn't break the bank, it's very cheap and affordable.
I only spent 4 steem or if converted to rupiah only 20,000 rupiah.
