What is food? Food is the nutritional need of the human that we eat to survive. Without food humans cannot survive. Food is necessary to remain healthy and active.

Among the six classes of food, which one do you take most in a day and why?

In the classes of food if we talk about what I take mostly in the day it depends on my mood sometimes I want to eat vegetables like finger lady sometimes I want to eat chicken and sometimes I want to eat mutton. But mostly I eat junk food that's why I face stomach issues😅.

When do we say that we have a "balanced diet?"

A balanced diet is very essential to make you healthy. Food should require proteins vitamins magnesium potassium calcium All nutrients need the body is essential but the sad bitter truth is that we cannot eat all the essential nutrients and cannot meet the necessities 100% but we can try and we should try to remain healthy.
Besides eating healthy food As we said we can't meet 100% necessities so we should take supplements too.
Without calcium our bones are weak without iron we can't be active everything is necessary to make our body healthy and active.

Do you think we should take water immediately after meal or before meal?State your reasons

First, if we talk about the importance of water water is very essential. Our bodies are made up of 90% water without water dehydration occurs and it is life-threatening. Dehydration affects the kidneys and causes kidney stones. It leads to kidney failure.

If we talk about having water should or after the meal. It is a good question many people don't know about that much. Before eating we should drink water or in between. Because it boosts metabolic rate and plays an important role in weight management.
When metabolic rate increases there is more absorption of nutrients that we take.

If we drink after the meat it causes gassy and bloating in some individuals It varies from person to person. But the doctors said that we should take the water before the meal as it would be more beneficial for us. Our religion also advises us concerning that. Hazrat MUHAMMAD S.A.W said that we should drink water before or in between meals, not after that.

But mostly I eat junk food that's why I face stomach issues😅.

It's absolutely important to balance our meals. Some say food is enough for a good nutrition, some say supplements are necessary, I try to keep it natural.

Regarding the water, I agree we should drink it before, never after eating, but we usually do. It's healthier to have a hot drink, like Chinese people do, to help digestion. I have read it's not good to drink liquids during meals.

Yes you are right I know too because I study it too. But however I crave for junk food.I can't control it😅 but I will try.

Yes water is essential for us warm water is good too. When we use hot water all the bacteria vanishes. Doctor advice the patients to use warm water.
