It's absolutely important to balance our meals. Some say food is enough for a good nutrition, some say supplements are necessary, I try to keep it natural.
Regarding the water, I agree we should drink it before, never after eating, but we usually do. It's healthier to have a hot drink, like Chinese people do, to help digestion. I have read it's not good to drink liquids during meals.

Yes you are right I know too because I study it too. But however I crave for junk food.I can't control it😅 but I will try.
Yes water is essential for us warm water is good too. When we use hot water all the bacteria vanishes. Doctor advice the patients to use warm water.
