SEC19 W2: This is our style

Oh yeah, every family has its own "style" but I feel we have nothing that comes under the "distinct or unique" category we have normal, traditional with certain values and a healthy lifestyle. It is not easy to describe our family's lifestyle because our habits are personal and deeply involved in our daily lives and most of all bringing our family to a platform where most people are not familiar with us may sound like bragging.

  

However, having said that, it is not impossible to describe our family's lifestyle, so I will give you a simple description in simple words to give you an idea about our family and our style.

I have a small family, and our family is the center of our inner energy. I believe that it is through the family that we develop virtues and style. But I can say that our entire style revolves around our family and loved ones, who are as much part of our family.

The first influence on our style is the family environment. If the family environment is good, then our style starts getting better. After all, the importance of family is our style, the center of strength, and our inner energy.

Based on this style, we can achieve the highest level of social life, and our style is also the basis of our culture and life values. It is through the family that we develop within ourselves. I can say that bonding among family members has a huge impact on our style and keeps us bound together.

If the family environment is good, then we start getting mentally strong, and positive changes can be seen in our all-round capacity. So, our entire style lies in how we treat each other in our family.

Now, it is entirely a different matter that my family lives separately, but we do not miss any opportunity to meet and travel together; that's perhaps the signature style of our family.

We love children, so we never miss a chance to meet them and play with them; that is our style.

We never miss a chance to eat together, even if we have to travel to do so, but that is part of our style.

Let me tell you that our whole family is nomads, and if my wife had not been a victim of travel sickness, I would have traveled more and would have told you about my style in more detail.

Love, affection, sacrifice, faith—all these are the core qualities of our family. Which you can see in the eyes of our family.

These styles are inherent in family members; no matter how many times we live abroad, our style still definitely believes in Indian culture and way of life.

Actually, I have a nuclear family. There are only 2 members in my family, which is me and my wife, but we have been living a nomadic life for the last 12 years, in which we are living in different places and living our nomad style.

I could have shared my corporate lifestyle, but now that is a thing of the past, so I will share my present with you because this is our style.

Since the coronavirus pandemic began, we have become more health-conscious. From diet to exercise, we have incorporated all of this into our lifestyle so that we stay healthy and diseases stay away from us.

We all play table tennis, and although I am not good at TT, being a badminton player, to keep fit, I play with children and lose regularly. We all laugh when I lose by a big margin, but that's our style.

We try the treadmill regularly, all of us have set it in a corner of our sitting room, and all of us give a run to each other as to who can do better, and again, I am not ashamed to be the last. But I am glad we follow all the healthy habits, and that's our style.

We believe a healthy lifestyle includes a set time to wake up, sleep, meal timing, exercise timing, maintaining a healthy weight, and staying away from stress. So we all follow these things religiously.

Me and my family have a habit of waking up early in the morning as there is more oxygen in the morning, so we do outdoor or indoor workouts and try our best to eat healthy food.

That is why the habit of waking up early and exercising increases our stamina to work and also makes us mentally healthy and strong. We skip breakfast and directly eat lunch. It gives us the energy to work all day.

Actually, our family believes in keeping close and regular contact with our neighbors as it is an important part of our lifestyle, and we often go out with them and their kids as a part of our style, especially since we consider it to be a stress reliever in our lives and also because it keeps kids away from screens.

Our family believes in going out be it glamping or long trips to keep close and regular contact with our neighbors and considers it an important part of our lifestyle, and if we can't go out then we enjoy camping within our homes or lawns with them and their kids. We share dishes with them as everyone prepares something and takes it to the host's house as a part of our style/ I must say this style is another stress reliever in our lives and we wish to keep kids away from screens anyway.

Life in small towns and urban areas is really different. Urban life is more fast paced as compared to small towns. In urban environments, people often prioritize privacy and personal space, but we place more emphasis on maintaining social bonds, and staycations are a part of our style.

Staycation is where we seek to rejuvenate, and this kind of living often leads to meaningful community contact, which makes the little joy in our lives and all worries disappear.

We always come together for social events and gatherings and are ready to help each other when needed without intruding on personal boundaries. Yes, this is also a part of our style.

What's better than going out and eating together when you're not feeling like cooking at home after a hectic day at work? We believe in finding our native food and eating in our style as another fun activity.

The feeling of being in a friendly family environment can enhance our overall quality of life, creating a positive feeling. Social connections are important for mental health, and a loving family is essential for mental health. And that is our style.

I wanted to write more, but that would be too personal, so I will stop my post at this point.
