DIARY FOR THURSDAY
MORNING
Hello to you all my friends and welcome to my diary for Thursday. Thank you for stopping by.
TENSION AND FREIGHT IN THE COMPOUND
Everything was calm and the night peaceful in my neighborhood untill some bad guys decided we will not sleep. It was exactly 3:28am when I received a call from a strange number which woke me up from sleep. Seeing it was a number I didn't recognize I didn't answer the call but kept one wondering why someone will call me at that time. I laid in bed for about 10 minutes then woke and went to pee. While in the toilet something told me to check on my door if it was locked I did and was satisfied it was locked. Instead of going back to the room I remained standing in the parlor deep in thoughts because of the call and watched my cousin sleep in the parlor after studying. On getting to my room I received three call from my neighbor telling me there were thieves in one of the neighbors that we should all come out. I got tensed, got dressed in protective clothing for cold since it was cold and went outside to meet the others.
It was at my favorite neighbor's house which this incident happened. We all joined and tried to know what happened. She told us the thieves came from behind and was forcing to open the door with a key. She said she tried looking for the whistle to blow but didn't see hers so she started calling other neighbors. The smart guys of the compound came out immediately and tried to follow these guys but the ran off faster than them. We sat with them for about an hour and went to back to our homes. I couldn't sleep again when I got back so I just decided to start my work for the day.
PREPARING A SPECIAL MEAL
In order to feel warm and active I made my detox tea and drank.

This gave me the energy I needed so I engaged in preparing ekwang as I was receiving a special person in the house. Fortunately since I was awake early due up the bad guys it helped me gained time in preparing the food as it takes a lot of time. Rev Fr Gilbert my classmate was to see me at 9:00am and fortunately I finished as he arrived the house. We had some time together chatting and eating then he left after an hour as he was traveling to another town.
When he left I did some cleaning in the house for all the things I used in cooking. By mid day I was finished and had bathe too. While working I had a chat on WhatsApp and Bertrand said he was coming to see me so I sat waiting.
AFTERNOON
Bertrand came by 12:45pm and it was a great time spent. After having lunch, we discussed so many things about steemit starting with the crypto academy including all it's latest updates, the good and bad side of it. Analysed other communities especially their strengths which makes them progress. SteemAlive was one of those communities and I explained broadly how the community operates, the projects and other goodies when made him interested in joining the community. Then we discussed on how to make the community grow along with steemit

Ekwang for lunch
It was a wide range of chat which extended to other crypto currencies to the point of signing up for Binance. Then I realized my ID was missing so I started searching in the house and didn't find then I went to the road checking as I went to buy meat in the morning. Fortunately I Saw it where I bought meat. Then Bertrand and I parted ways and I came home
EVENING
I felt a big relief when I got home because not having an ID card in my region is the worst thing that can happen to you. I settled on beading a flower jar and got finished by 8:30pm. I retired to my room, took another cup of detox tea and slept off for the day

It was really a tragic morning for you all in the neighborhood I can understand the tension and fright you all must have been in but thank God nothing dangerous happened to the woman who was attacked by the thieves. Thank God you all are safe and nobody was shot.

We really need to watched out and extremely careful for thief's this days. We thank God they didn't succeed in entering your neighbor's house.
Thanks for the warm welcome you gave me and thanks for the delicious meal you served me with, I ate and almost confessed because of how delicious the ekwang was.
It was also great discussing about the steemit Blockchain in general with you, at least I learn one or two things from you that day and was also happy subscribing to @steemalive community after hearing about the amazing community from you. I think it's really a community of my interest because of its great plans and I believe I will grap much knowledge and experience from the community.
I'm happy you finally saw your ID because being without an ID here in Bamenda is just like being in a war front without bulletproof 🤣 because your ID protects you here in Bamenda especially as we are inside crises

I really dont know why people upon seeing the future awaits the wicked or thieves, had decided to waste their time and energy on such a bad course of life. They even visited us today. As for the story, you gonna hear from me soon @tenguhatanga
