SteemAlive Presents: Our Community Update #12:See some Events you may have missed!!
Introduction
Greetings to you all.We are glad to let you know that our update #12 is ready. This update is a summary of our work in the last 7 days.We are glad to see that the community is really making progress and we are also appreciative of the support from curator 01 this November support.However,we are not resting on our oasis.We are ever ready to raise the bar.We shall continue to initiate projects that will foster active participation and proper engagement in our community. Our aim has always been to recruit, mentor and retain newbies so that they can grow and become active members of the platform and of the community. Take a look at some of the things we have done.
1. Our Community trail has moved from 672 to 734 in 7days
We are glad to announce that our Curation Trail has been #1 in the list of all curation trails.It is really increasing in the number of followers every week.In our last update which was update #11, our community trail was 672 followers. But now we have moved from that number to 734 which indicates an addition of 62 followers.This is massive and we are aiming to go higher. That is significant increase and a testatment to the amount of work we are doing as a community that is fully into recruitment and training of newbies. We continue to encourage power ups and join the #clubs which are great in helping us make the numbers count. The trail is currently voting between $3 - $6 at 100% voting power.
2. Seeking Partnerships through SmatKontrat
SmatKontrat is and will remain our partnership project which was aimed at meeting corporate bodies and sensitizing them on the need and importance of joining Steemit. Through this project, we hope to work with organizations that have a high number of customers or staff. Our aim to to work with these organizations and get them to allow their staff or customers to join Steemit. In return from giving us access to a potential high number of recruits, we offer some valuable service to them. We are also looking to attract investors through the project. The SmatKontrat is already ongoing across the various cities.

3. Steem Road Show
It is has remained a glaring veracity that the Steem Road Show has always produced great results.It is indeed a powerful means that we have used to create proper awareness for Steem and Steemit.The road show has been on for over 14 to 15 weeks.It is one of the most outstanding projects that we have used to create massive awareness for Steem and Steemit in the various cities of Nigeria.We started the project with few cities but now we have over 5 cities that are actively involved in the road show.The cities are Aba,Uyo,Nasarawa,Lagos,Port Harcourt and now Owerri. We have created and continued to create a lot of awareness by hitting the streets and talking about Steemit to anyone that would listen. More than 60 volunteers across the various cities in Nigeria are currently doing this work. We have recruited more than 190 new users across the cities so far and good number are active and really doing well. Here is our last week Steem Road Show update across all the cities.

4. State Representatives Reports for the Week
We have devoted Steemians across the various states who are called. State Representatives.So it won't be wrong to say that we have a crop of active and hardworking State Representatives.
Each of the major states in Nigeria has a representative.The state representatives supervises the team cordinators of the cities in their various states.The State Representatives work effortlessly to recruit,train and retain old members in their respectively cities.They are responsible for recruitment, mentorship and supporting newbies and old members in their city to grow and become established. 5. Community Contest Result
Contest is one thing that we don't joke with in Steemalive community.It is mportant element in Steemalive community.It has always remained one of the ways we are used to maintain engagement and creativity among our members. Each Monday we announce a new contest. By Tuesday, we make a winners post for the previous contest. With this arrangement, we make sure that there always events and contests that will keep us esteemed members active in the community. Here is our contest for this week.
