SteemALive Presents: Here is our proposed SPCV Weekly Goals for 2022.

Introduction

We warmly welcome you dear SteemAlive Promoters Club Volunteers (SPCV) to 2022. You were simply amazing last you as you took promotion personal. We recruited, mentored and supported hundred's of new users last year and many of them are really doing amazingly well. 2022 has just began, and it would be fine to set some realistic goals for our promoters so that we can strategically work towards achieving or even surpassing them by the end of the year.

Recruitment Goals for 2022

Our number 1 goal as promoters is to recruit new users. The Steem Road Show remains an integral part of our awareness campaign. So we encourage our promoters to always support the roadshow organized in their city by the team coordinator. Here is our weekly recruitment goal for 2022 for each promoter in Steemalive:

Target to recruit a Minimum of 3 Persons weekly

There are 7 days in a week. If you recruit at least 1 person every two days, by weekend, you will have at least 3 persons. We also encourage you to follow them up with mentorship. Please within same week, each of your recruits should be able to complete 3 posts - Achievements 1 and 2, and at least 1 post in SteemALive community. Generally, you should make effort to see that your recruits complete achievement 4 by the end of the second week. This will help them understand what Steemit is all about.

Supporting Promoters in 2022

Participating in promotion activities like the Steem Road Show is certainly not an easy task. That is why we are constantly thinking about how to support our hardworking Promoters. We have big plans to support and encourage our dear Promoters, limited funds may not allow us to do all the things we wanted. However, we will try to see how to manage funds as they become available to us.

Promoters that meet the weekly target of at least 3 recruits, will receive little financial support the following week, at least to take care of some promotion expenses like snacks, transportation, airtime, etc

We are not paying promoters because we cannot do that. But if we are able to buy them a soft drink with the little we give them, that would be most welcome. We hope to support them in other ways such as by voting their posts. We are really eager to try new things in 2022. We will see what works for us.

Tracking Newbie Growth

We did not do too well in tracking and monitoring recruited newbies. So this year, we will be meticulous about it. So at the start of each Month, each recruiter must make a post that they will use to track progress of their newbies. The post title should be: My newbie Recrutment Tracker for (Month and Year).

There should be a table with 4 columns. The 4 columns should be:

  • Username: Here you should write the username of your recruits.
  • Date of first post: Write the date the recruit published their introduction post.
  • Achievement Posts: Write the achievement posts they have completed. E.G 1,2.
  • Other Post: Put a number to indicate how many posts they have published apart from achievement posts.

The link of this recruitment post should be dropped under the community recruitment update post that will be published monthly.

Conclusion

We want to work with goals in 2022. We want to be strategic in our efforts. We thank you our dear promoters for your efforts in creating awareness for Steemit. This 2022, every effort made should be rewarded very well. We will see how to make this work. Interesting one @steemalive you always have the interest of promoters at heart which is commendable, I appreciate the effort my own challenge is that newbies refused to let you keep track by giving one excuse to another.

About this...☝️, is it only Steemalive posts or any other post made in the Steemit platform.

This message alone is a motivational factor. Thank you @steemalive for putting this arrangement on plans this year, and trust me, if this is done, it will encourage promoters the more to recruit more newbies. And I pray that you realize this goal. you have a very nice and good plan. As for roadshows, sadly many steemians are not in the city were their coordinators resides and as such it become challenging to join the roadshow. But the good news is that they still promote steemit in their own little way. Thank you for also considering these ones.
