Ready for Promotion
Introduction
Promoting steemit is one thing I can proudly tell someone because steemit has really helped me to become a good writer and how to make good use of my phone. Steemit has also given me the opportunity to enter places which ordinarily i will not. So here are some people I have monitored and helped during the week.
vera and I
This woman here with me is a steemian but she does not know how to use markdown. That makes her work not to be well arranged. So when she came to me and asked what was my secret of growing very well on steemit, I told her that steemit is not a place to write anyhow, anything you are writing you have to make it captivating, interesting thereby bringing people mind to your post. Making your post to be readable you have to follow this steps.
Always check and recheck your work before submitting.
Make use of pictures that say something about your writeup.
If you are sourcing for picture online you have to make use of free image and put the source under the picture. She asked me how and I showed her using this format. Go to Google type free image of lets say white goat. It will appear with different pictures then you select the one you need and visit, then click to copy address after that click again to download the picture. Go back to the writring place and put your downloaded picture then under the picture put this [] write source inside put this bracket() And put the address you copied. It will show source with an arrow that is clickable.

When i was showing vera how to apply markdown this girl came to see what we were doing, and I told her is all about steemit and she wanted to know and I explained to her. She said she will know more about it by doing her own personal research on what steemit is all about.
My mentorship challenge
Time. As a teacher I dont have much time to go with my group for promotion, because is always good to go in groups for promotions of things like steemit.
My phone. I have been planing to get another phone for myself. I can see that the one am currently using cant do anything on my wallet side. So is a challenge when i want to teach my newbies how to power up and power down.
How I want to promote steemit
Steemit has helped me to solve some problems financially. So i will tell as many as i meet on my going in and coming out of any where am going.
- Am planning to open a training group for my distances friends online to help them learn.
This are my plans to help grow this steemit.
My mentorship material and how it has helped me
- I make use of food4thought T-shirt and flyer.
It has helped me because people see the shirt and flyer and asked me without much talk.
Conclusion
Steemit has been changing life, it will be a good thing if you let someone who is a writer or blogger to know about it and learn, write and earn.

I like the way to expalained and taught Vera on how to apply markdowns such as justify alignment,adding source to a picture and table presentation.I am sure you would start applying those markdowns.Keep up with the good work.
