_{Meeting with fellow steemiains every week is a thing of joy to me and others}

When last did you attend steemit training? When last did you organized steemit training? What is the best way to retain users on steemit?

I know you will agree with me that steemit growth required growth of active users on steemit and one way to achieve this is by regularly attending steemit training ind organizing steemit training, seminar and workshop.

1.Have a fixed day and time for the training It is good for the tesm to choose a day for training and time and maintain it. This will help everyone to readjust their schedule weekly to attend the training. For example in team goal-getters iur day for training and meeting is every Saturday and time is by 4:pm. We have maintained it for a long time and it became part of us.

As ee recruit newbies from day one we tell them that our training day is Saturday by 4:pm just like what you are seeing below, it is already 4:pm and all of us that wanted to attend the training are ready.

2.Have new things to teach and share with your recruits You as the leader must be prepared all the time to teach them new things. This can only be possible if you are reading their post and steemitblog update and your Community update. You are also checking their mistakes in the community, it will help you to teach them new things and when you have new things to teach, they will have more reason to attend training.

3.Be friendly and do not act like BossYou must be approachable and friendly to your recruits. Do it in a point that all of you can share your Challenges together. Let them feel refreshed each time they attend training.

Make friend with your fellow steemiains

After each week training choose 1 or 2 person's, take special picture with them to build your relationship with them and to assure them that you have a history to build together with them.

You can now see that training and meeting helps us to come together as Steemiains and at the same time we learn from each member as we come together. Most importantly we are more motivated each time we attend training.

You will see that those who attended team goal-getters training last week will do more this week than those who do not because they have been motivated, their questions have been answered, their problems have been shared and automatically half shared.

I have been able to share with you that i was there life at team goal-getters training and why I always attend it. I also shared with you some tips that has helped us all this while to continue to hold our steemit weekly training.
