Greetings everyone here in @steemalive, I believe too well that you all are doing great. Today I welcome you all to my second entry of this week fullofwords writing challenge

In this article of mine I will be writing on the exercise and it's benefits.

Exercise

Exercise is any movement that requires one's body to burn calories and makes the muscle to work effectively. Exercise involves the movement of the body and muscles.

Exercise is categorized into three different types which are the Aerobic, Anaerobic and flexibility exercise.

  • Aerobic exercise: this is a type of exercise that requires oxygen because it increases your breathing and heart rate .this also involves stretching and strength training routines just to improve the elements of fitness.examples of aerobic exercise include swimming, walking, jogging, dancing, biking etc.

  • Anaerobic exercise: this type is just similar to the aerobic exercise just that it uses a different form of energy. This type of exercise breaks down glucose in the body without the help of oxygen. Anaerobic has more intense but are shorter than aerobic. Example of anaerobic exercise are weight lifting, push up,pull up,High intensity interval training, jumping etc.

  • Flexibility exercise: this is an exercise that improves the ability of our joint so it can perform it's day-to-day activities. Example of flexibility exercise are butterfly stretch,stand-squad stretch etc.

Benefits of exercise

  • It helps human body to be flexible
  • It helps human to lose weight
  • It helps to burn extra calories in the body
  • It helps to normalize blood pressure
  • It promotes better sleep
    Infact the benefits of exercise is too numerous to mention all.

how I do my exercise and why I will recommend you

I usually do an early morning work out. I use to wake up by 5:00am and jog to different places and I does it for just an hour. I use to to this early morning work out twice in a month because I am always engaged with work

Early morning work out is good because it helps to prevent the early morning hitting snooze button. It is always recommended that you work out first before taking your breakfast because it helps to reduce weight.

Conclusion

All humans is required to exercise there body even if it is six times daily because it is very necessary and helps human in so many ways.
