Hello, greetings to our members of the steemit community and teachers around the world. I suppose. We are all feeling energetic and enthusiastic to begin this week with some positive procedure which will be guided to us following the steps produced by the teachers and student community team.

Like they all say, teaching is a noble profession which is highly respected although sometime neglected by the society for many don't know the burden on teachers to impact young Learners or adults as well. Becoming a teacher takes great compassion and composure and someone or to have a love for this job in order to take it.

Let's discuss on active and fun teaching strategies.

To begin, Active and fun teaching is a strategic approach that transforms classrooms into a more engaging learning environments. By shifting a bit the focus from passive listening to active participation, students become more interested in their education.

This method involves utilizing interactive activities, games, and real-world applications to make learning fun and meaningful. Through active engagement, students develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Added to this, fun learning experiences foster a positive attitude towards education, inspiring lifelong curiosity and a passionate love for learning.

A Successful implementation of active and fun teaching requires careful planning and creativity. Teachers must take into consideration students' diverse learning styles and interests to create inclusive and engaging activities. By interwining traditional teaching methods with innovative creative strategies, educators can create a fun classroom atmosphere where students thrive and achieve their full potential.

When teaching, what steps will I use to create an active and fun classroom atmosphere?

By developing innovative strategies which can Foster learning by bringing in the new approach and not so focus on the traditional way of teaching, we will make a fun and interesting learning environment for our Learners.

Coming to my classes, there are a lot of things I will do to keep my class active and fun enough. Basic ways are involved to keep a fun class but then we should take into consideration subject matter in quote. Subjects like drama and art, literature in English, languages are already much interest in class as this involve interesting stories or drama which the student have to follow or listen to attentively.

These stories are really interesting to listen. I can say this because at my time as a student, I used to read novels and story books till the end before the teacher ever come to revise them.

Coming to my subject mathematics, We all know how this could be really tricky making a maths class really interesting that much so far as students already have the notion that it's a difficult subject.

However, it is not the case with me, even the weakest student find interest in my lessons, and often at times when I am late for class, they will come and search for me wherever I am, maybe in the resting room or on campus.

My lessons are broken down into a much more simpler and understandable ways which student really find it easy to summarize. I spend a lot of time on research looking for more lucrative method which can easily be assessed by Learners. By so doing they find it so easy to solve more tactical and complicated problems.

To keep the class alive and not so much focus on the curriculum,. We Begin our lessons, by chanting a phrase writing just like the pledge of Legion in the United States. This one is mathematic related and nothing much that was developed by myself.

As we all know, doing all the work on the part and letting the learners only to copy, they understand little. My strategy is so give at this one or two examples, then The Learners serve by themselves and the first person to finish will have a bonus. My bonus could be financial motivation or added points to their test scripts.(Ranging from 0.25 to 1 Point). This range is just to minimize the potential overflow for student who actually smart to score all.

Equally most of the time I encourage my learner to come up to the board and solve whatever they think they can solve and then we all do corrections together. By so doing, they are able to correct their mistakes by themselves or by their classmates.

Summarizing, my class es always have lapses like 2 to 5 minutes interaction which is casual and nothing related to mathematics. We can discuss anything. Fun time, share memes or stories. Most of the time I Share stories which are practical applications of science which could be physics related or any other science subject. That is to say I am equally good in other science subject, although I find mathematics easy to tutor.

What were the results after I implemented these steps, were the students actively involved and happy following my lesson?

To speak of which, before my deployment today educational meilleur, The information I got from already stationed colleagues was that students are running away from mathematics all the time.

When I arrived, everything changed, not only was I able to draw a mass of students, but I was able to also give them hope that they can do it. Even art students who consider mathematic as their enemy began to show interest bit by bit.

The most creative strategy which they were able to catch up with Is solving on the board. Students fine pride in solving on the board And their best mommy is when they have the solution right. There is some kind of Joy within the person serving which I cannot explain.

Using competence-based approach, I was able to diverse mathematical problems into real life problems which involves application and then divert their minds not to see these problems as solving mathematics but as engaging into solving real life problems.

Example could be like a car moving down slope, We can be asked to calculate The angle of inclination to the horizontal, The acceleration down here, the time taken to reach the bottom or air resistance, If possibly the components of the weight of this vehicle. This is the mechanic section of mathematics which I encourage them to use the notion of physics that is laws of motion, masses on incline planes.

Finally, I discovered there is so much interested in my pause which was used to crack Jokes. Most of the times the class is filled with laughter and joy. We only have to do this for a few minutes before we get back to our actual work. This step was used to divert their attention and refresh their memories once more again. Intervals 2 to 5 minutes after every 40 minutes lessons.

In my opinion, what are the weaknesses and strengths of the strategies I have used?

Good question, every method or strategy have their pros and cons, you as a tutor should be able able to analyze them and take what possibly works best for you.

There is one thing about sending students to the board.
Time management. If you are a teacher or have a problem with time management, sending students to the board, especially if they are numerous, might slow you down. I was able to correct this in my first few years of teaching, which is I will often use a smart student and a slow learner. This will keep the balance and reduce the gap between their capabilities.

Not to make the others feel left out, if we have an extra class like on a Saturday, everyone is allowed to demonstrate their capabilities.

Lastly, using my time wisely I make sure my jokes don't get too interactive and carry away the learners from the main focus which is study. While they are still busy discussing I cut the discussion shot by moving on with the lessons. Those who were so much into the discussion Will only catch up later. As time went on, they adapted this strategy and everything works perfectly now.

Conclusion

Active and fun teaching is a necessity for creating dynamic and engaging learning environments. By innovating interactive strategies, teachers can lighten up students' passion for learning, revoke critical thinking skills, and foster a positive classroom environment. This approach should be reinstated as it transforms education from a passive experience into an active, enjoyable journey of discovery and wonder.

Mathematics is a difficult subject, even students who don't understand it tend to get bored and ignore the subject. The strategy used must be appropriate, perhaps with group work or holding an art competition that focuses on that subject...
