Weekly Report As Steem Representative, From 23th to 30th August, 2024.
Week 20!
Greetings everyone!
This is my 20th report after being appointed as a Steem Representative. I am very grateful to the Steemit team for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to serve for the betterment of this platform and all users.
First of all I would like to express my gratitude to the Steemit team for giving me the opportunity to be a Community Curator again in September/2024. My 20th week from 23th to 30th August, 2024 in this platform all my performances are presented below in detail.
Last week I planned to organize this meet up event with the Bangladeshi Steemians. All Bangladeshi Steemians are invited to this Global Meet Up. Two of my fellow Steemians @enamul17 and @mdkamran99 along with me will help me organize the meet up. We have decided to organize this program in the first week of September.
This meet up is going to happen with the consent and great enthusiasm of all the Bangladeshi steemians. The meet up venue is fixed at National Botanic Garden, Mirpur, Dhaka, Bangladesh. The objective of this global meet up is Establishing contact and friendship among all fellow steemians of Bangladesh and Steemit's campaign through gatherings. That's why we have selected as the meet up theme - “Steemit : Symbol of Unity, Equality and Dependability.”

I hope this initiative of mine will help build a strong relationship between Steemit Promotion and Bangladeshi Steemians as well as gain different knowledge about Steemit. I have posted an official announcement about Global Meetup in Dhaka, Bangladesh 2024. Where I have mentioned all the information regarding the meet up and periodically I will keep giving all the updates of the meet up program.
I have helped many users in the past week by guiding them in various directions. I have explored the issues of user posts in various communities. Also, as a Steem Representative, I have closely monitored the many community posts. Below are the issues I've observed users this week :
I have guided various users online and offline for the past week. Every now and then I get concerned about user diaries game posts. The simplest article on the platform is the diary game, which some users publish by adding photos from different dates. I do not support such activities at all. Because of which I strictly observe such things. Also, I have not only corrected the mistakes of various users but also encouraged the users of the platform to do good work. Increased engagement by commenting on the posts of users from different communities.
I also serve as moderator of communities. As a moderator, I monitor every user closely. I am very careful about checking every post for plagiarism, AI and repeated posts. I am most attentive to new users in particular. Also interested in helping and neutrally supporting all users of the platform.
Also I always want all users of steemit to work here honestly and orderly. I am always ready to give them proper guidelines and suggestions. For this I am always grateful that the Steemit team has hired me to serve the Platform.
Our community is currently maintaining good activity. As a Community Admin I am trying my best to grow the community and support and help all users of the platform.
I curate users from the official account of Steem4Professionals every day and do reviewing only once a week. New users post a lot in our community, giving them guidance and support.
I have been trying my best to keep the community active and have organized the community team members to organize various attractive competitions.

I had a total of 15 posts last week. Throughout the week I have shared my articles in various communities. Also I have tried to keep my articles varity & engage with users as well as regularly publish content. Details are given below :
I have presented all my activities for the last seven days. I will keep myself more active on the platform while fulfilling all my responsibilities as a Steem Representative. I will do my best to follow the rules of this platform and am committed to help and advise all users.
