"How do you take care of your mental health"

Assalamu Alaikum everyone. Today I'm going to publish my entry in the Mental Health Contest hosted by @helengutier2, the respected moderator of the Healthy Steem community. Where the subject matter of competition is how we can take care of mental health. I think that mental health must be given importance in our daily life to be healthy. Through this contest I will be sharing how I take care of my mental health from my perspective.
Yes I like to exercise every day and I try to exercise almost every day of the week. A few years ago I joined a gymnasium where only girls were taught exercise and the gym master was also a girl who started this gymnasium thinking about our bodies.
Basically some of the previously taught exercises I like to practice regularly. However, due to work pressure and lack of time, I cannot devote much time towards my physical training.
But still I almost always do something to keep your body healthy. I still practice the exercises I learned in the gymnasium which are very important for my physical health.
I practiced breathing exercises earlier in the gymnasium and practiced one a day. I sometimes hold my breath and I wait for a while. Then after a certain time I inhale again which makes my lungs more fresh and strong. I do this breathing exercise every morning or afternoon because it is essential for the human body.
I do breathing exercises to protect myself from rushing into something or to strengthen our lungs. Although I fix a certain time for this exercise and accordingly I do this exercise in some part of the day.
Mental health is of immense importance to every human being. Because if mental health is good, people's standard of living is easy and people can take quick decisions in any good work. In a word, mental health is very much needed to make people's lives happy and happy. Because many people in the world commit suicide every year due to mental depression which is very sad.
Almost every person nowadays, when asked about their discomfort, the first thing they talk about is their mental problems. Mainly due to various problems including family stress, the mental health of the people suffers a lot due to which the people get upset to a great extent and it becomes very difficult for the people to lead a normal life.
All these bad situations show how important mental health is. A person who is truly happy in this world is mentally happy. Basically money can never make people mentally happy but a strong mental health is required for human happiness. Therefore, it can be said that everyone needs mental health to lead a normal life and to get rid of various tensions and other surrounding pressures.
I spend some time on my own during the day to keep myself organized. But this time of my day is not specific but rather a quiet time of the day I like to adjust myself to which is always important to me. Any free time during the day I spend that time for myself. And then I try to understand my pros and cons and like to adjust myself. Consistency is a belief that boosts morale and makes people more courageous in any task. Keeping yourself consistent at certain times of the day can have many benefits.
