Team 1: August Curation Guidelines
Greetings friends of the steemit platform.
We are very grateful to the Steemit team for the opportunity and the confidence to put together a healing team for the month of August, 2024.
It will be a pleasure to support original and creative publications that show quality and innovation, adhering to the publication standards established by the @steemitblog team.

Curatorial guidelines:
Following the guidelines stipulated by the @steemitblog team, our mission is to place creative and quality content, without distinction of labels, however, they must remain framed in the basic principles of quality mentioned below:
- The post must be #steemexclusive.
- The publication must be free of plagiarism.
- We encourage users to grow their Steem Power and join one of the #club5050 , #club75 or #club100 clubs.
We will also support good quality content from users who are currently out of #clubs, but are simply not making Power Down. - Users must be free from voting bots.
- Images used in posts must be free to use (pixabay, pexels) and be properly referenced.
- Good comments must be related to the post, contributing or complementing, and must contain a minimum of 50 words, they will be eligible to receive preferential votes.
- All topics are eligible for support, both within and outside of any community.
- The publication must be free of AI and the like.

Curation Time table
The curing schedule will be carried out as follows: one moderator per day, each day there will be one curator for 24 hours and then another curator in succession.
We are already very excited and prepared to face this task. The invitation to all of us is to improve our work every day, grow and support other users with our quality comments. We are sure that we will find incredible and creative content, well-founded comments that generate contributions and complements.
From now on, we send you a warm greeting from Team 1 and wish you all success.
You are free to give some votes outside of the #clubs at your discretion...
"We offer support without club content, but we opted not to mention it initially to prevent potential misuse. Maintaining a club is essential for the platform's growth. Rest assured, we will include details in our first-week report. You can trust us as we have connections with talented writers and dedicated Steemians working for noble causes."
But your curation guidelines say otherwise. It maybe confusing for some authors.
The content should always take precedence, but there can be different scenarios:
Content, club, voting CSI: ✅✅✅
Content, club, voting CSI: ✅❌✅
Content, club, voting CSI: ✅❌❌
Content, club, voting CSI: ❌✅✅
And such...
I think sc01 meant, you can vote outside of the clubs, but can still weigh the post accordingly!
That's just my humble opinion after my experience of curation...

I am not sure why you felt offended. I was not pointing any fingers or challenging your credibility as a curator or a seasoned Steemian.
I was just sharing my humble experience.

And I never said that I didn't or can't make any mistakes. We are all human beings at the end of the day honey.
I've had to remove my votes once or twice upon realizing some errors. Thanks a lot for highlighting the user and the issue.

Ciertamente, hay algunos usuarios que por diferentes causas en este momento no se encuentran en el club, sin embargo, algunas publicaciones son simplemente excelentes, por lo que se pudieran apoyar.
También he visto otros escenarios en los que cuando reciben el voto de apoyo se encuentran en un club, pero pasados 1, 2 o 3 días, por alguna razón salen de club.
No queremos normatizarlo porque la idea es que todos estemos en los clubes, pero no nos cerramos a esa posibilidad.

Totally agreed with you as there are many good content creators whose posts are outstanding outside the clubs too.
Thank you @fjjrg for bringing up our guideline for the curation in August. It will be exciting month for both our Team and also for users around on Steemit.
