@steemflagrewards 是社区知名的双重标准霸凌团伙，被他们霸凌的社区用户，不计其数，当然也包括 @huaren.news 。

@steemflagrewards is a well-known double standard bullying group in the community. There are countless community users who are bullied by them, including @huaren.news 。

备注：目前入列 @huaren.news 的 @steemflag 的，都是主动踩过 @huaren.news 及旗下账号的帖子。 @huaren.news 只是出于自卫反击，进行“downvote back”。暂时不涉及其他社区用户。

Note:Currently @huaren.news only flag who downvote @huaren.news and its others account posts. @huaren.news just to "downvote back" in self-defense. No other community users are involved for the time being.

霸凌弱小的双重标准（Bullying weak small on double standard)

他们也反对的"给自己点赞/买赞/farming/upvote circle"等行为，但自己却经常做，而且对大账号视而不见，对小账号却群体downvote。这样的行为举不胜举，社区周知，对社区造成了极大危害，而且在新分叉的hive上也骗不到社区的巨额HP授权了（只是骗到了13K HP？）。

They also object to "self-upvote / buy-upvote / farming / upvote-circle" and other behaviors, but they often do it by themselves, and turn a blind eye to huge SP/HP accounts and downvote small accounts. This kind of double standard behavior is well-known in the community, which has caused great harm to the community, and they can not cheat the hive community's huge HPs delegation(Just cheated 13K HP?).

@huaren.news 私人的反“双重标准和限制言论自由”的flag榜单标准

尊重任何人的言论自由，但如下行为会被flag：

Respect the freedom of speech of anyone, but the following behaviors will be flag:

F1. 不给予合理的理由，而使用downvote霸凌弱小账号（踩比例高于1%或单贴造成损失5%）;

F1. Without give a reasonable reason, using downvote bully weak small account (the proportion of downvote is higher than 1% or single post causes loss of 5%);

F2. 限制他人言论自由;
