A Messenger from the Heavens - Comet C/2022 E3 (ZTF)

No daily Astrology today as there are no significant aspects, however want to draw your attention to a Comet that is closing in to its closest pass to the earth, one that has returned to visit our solar system for the first time in 50,000 years!!!

Comet C/2022 E3 (ZTF) to give it its official name is an unusual green comet, and currently it is traversing the constellation of Camelopardalis, The Giraffe Constellation which sits in the Northern Skies quite close to the North Pole. This lesser constellation sits between 18 and 22 degrees Gemini, and so this part of the sky will be particularly highlighted as it passes. The closest approach will be on 1st February 2023.

Now Comets are traditionally bringers of messages to the people of Earth, and if you have planets in that particular region of your chart, look for news coming that may bring a bit of a turnaround in your life. The old Astrologers used to fear comets but I think they bring light and hope - they burn bright in the skies and burn a trail - as you know wild fires allows new growth to come and actually are beneficial to to earth. In the same way, I think this messenger may see a part of life incinerate, to bring in brand new opportunities.

If you want to see and locate the Comet, it may soon be just visible to the naked eye. You have to be in the Northern Hemisphere to do so. Find the Plough and through it Polaris the Pole Star and look up from there. The best time is just before dawn as it will be at its brightest then...
