Hello everyone I'm @newtonb, so excited about this Contest topic so I decided to partake. I want to say a big thank you to the organizer @alegnita for making it possible for us to write on this topic. That said, let's dive straight into it.

Which is your opinion about the importance of English language to get involved with people from other countries and cultures?

Thank you for this question , first of all I will like to say that English language Is the most spoken language in the world. The English language has more Speakers than any other language in the world. The second most spoken language is Chinese Mandarin. This means that if we must create long lasting and global influence then we must have a touch of the English language.

Everywhere in the world you will most likely to find an English native. This is because English has been globalized to become a universal language just like the US dollar in the world of economy and finance.

Therefore it has become very important to learn the English language if one plans to travel the wolrd and relate with different Nationals. For example in the case of travel for studies, most times other natives will be required to learn the English language because even the course the school will be offering will most likely be In the English language.

What's your current level of this international idiom, are you taking practical actions to improve it?

Me😊

Well, I'm an English native by birth. This means that i was born and breath in an English speaking community. I acquired all my certificates and school training from elementary, primary , secondary and higher levels in the English language.

The English language has always been my speaking and writing language since birth. Therefore i'm an English native.

What is your mother language? Do you know how relevant is it to have a successful trip, specially abroad? Tell us why.

Yeah Like I said above I grew up speaking English as my main language or mother language. Though from my native country there is a language that's being used which isn't global. It's called the kom language spoken by the people of the kom tribe of the North West region of Cameroon.

I come from Cameroon and in my country we speak two official languages aside our native dialects. We speak or communicate using the French of the English language. I grew up in the part where English language dominated. Its such an Interesting feeling to live here. There are just two countries in the world that uses the English and the French as their official languages. And these countries are Cameroon and Canada.

Which foreign language would love to learn? Chinese? Russian? Arabic, German? Or any other in mind? Explain the reasons.

Okay I think i will love to learn Chinese in particular and because that's the second most spoken language In the world based on population according to my research and statistics. Therefore I can easily get more exposure and advantage to work in China with my speaking ability. I will also love to learn others like the German, Spanish and Arabic if i have the time and opportunity to.

That said I will like to invite my friends @wirngo @majerius @bongk ro take part in this Contest.

Thank you for reading🥂.

I've a Spanish friend that is strongly studying Chinese because she loves to do it by meeting people from that country, so it's an enjoying process for her. Although definitely it looks so hard to understand.😂 You're so lucky to be on growth with English language since school, which an advantage to you in order to develop other activities. Thank you so much for participating in the contest. Remember to also share this in the social media of your preference. Best regards friend.

Hi @alegnita Thank you so much for reading my post. Yes it's indeed a privilege for me to have grown up as an English native. Speaking and writing English language has been so easy for me since I grew up with it as my main learning language in school.

I can imagine how learning another language can be challenging but I believe it's possible with much determination and consistency at it.

I have shared my post on Twitter and I've shared the link here as well, thanks so much for the Reminder. 😊🥂

Nice to know about your languages and views. You're lucky in the sense you have only two. We have 23 official languages and still counting. But would you believe that we have close to 2000 languages in our country?
