How To Reduce Stress
Stress is part of everyday life. It is a feeling of frustration, anger, or anxiety. It may come from the environment, people, work, or from your mind.
Here are some of my ways to control and lessen Stress.
- 1.Exercise. this is the best way to alleviate my stress. I often jog 2-3 times a week. Doing push-ups, stretching, and at least playing basketball during weekends. In this way, it relaxes my mind and feels me comfortable.
- 2.Balanced Diet Foods. It is very important to eat the right foods for your body. It is a source of energy and nutrients that are needed for the body's functions daily. I also take food supplements inorder to make sure I had enough vitamins and minerals.
- 3.Sleep. Adequate sleep indeed helps a person become productive. It brightens the mood and appropriately reacts to your body. 7-8 hours of sleep is good and beneficial.
- 4.Connections. The connection can relieve stress. And the power of connection can be found in many forms – from family, friends, or coworkers. Or you can connect with nature by enjoying the seas and forest.
Look for the connection that works best for you,

Hello friend, excellent post and very good tips to relieve stress. Life is too short to live stressed all the time, so it is good to have activities to avoid it as much as possible. Exercising, sleeping and connecting are my favorites. Of the last one, I think my best connection is with nature because I find a lot of peace.

Excelente manera de reducir el estrés, realmente hacer ejercicios ayuda muchísimo. También poder conectarnos con el medio ambiente. Estar en la playa es sumamente relajante y nos llena de energía.
Estar con los amigos, es maravilloso, ellos nos pueden dar consejos y nos pueden orientar en caso de estar demasiado estresado. Además compartir con ellos en lo máximo.
